Hello mountain. Is there some rain in the mountain today? I think I will take a walk in it.
The rain almost feels like your walking through a cloud, so misty and cool.
This is truely beautiful and a wonderful walk through the green.
Goodnight my friends. Sleep good.
-
Hello my sweet make me sane again mountain. The peace and quite is just what I need along with my sandwich and cup of coffee. Gonna take a walk soon and see what I see today.
I saw some turtles basking in the sunlight, what a picture they make
I saw this momma and I think baby rabbits
-
Am hoping to see a wolf or some squirrls playing.
I saw a stunning red fox, that is just as good. He is beautiful.
I passed this campgrounds and these little squirrls have made theirselves right at home
-
Hi Spar:
Where did you get px of the fox then?
Did you know I go on fox patrol
I must have told you somewhere along the line
each night I go out, but have yet to see them
You see, they are bldg or adding onto the rehab
hospital where I go, and where they nest
Last night, I saw
2 hawks, male/female
they female was dining
and the male left her to perch alone
observing here, it truly was
wonderful to see them
Ah, but the fox and the wolf
are my totems
How did your tests go?
PM.. if you desire
Sierra

I got the picture of the red fox off of photobucket, but we do see them crossing the field sometimes. I have also seen them in Norman which is a big city.
The test went smoothly, won't know the results tomorrow so will let you know when I find out. Hope all is well with you. Yes, the fox and the wolfs are pretty cool as long as they don't attack my pets. Here it is the coyotes we have to worry about.
I guess the male hawk was protecting and guarding the female, how cool is that.
Night all. Sleep good.
-
Hi mountain, am here to enjoy the peace and check on all my wild animals. What a beautiful sunshine day.
This is where I am hiking today with my picnic lunch in my backpack.
These must be the hawks sierra saw. How beautiful
-
I met these guys but didn't attempt to pet them, just talked to them.
I met this mole guy but he wasn't very friendly so kept on going.
Found the perfect picnic spot, so am going to eat, drink, be happy, and then head home.
-
The mountain is my escape and I love it. Now for a hike to see what I see today.
I met this girl backpacking, as I was wading the stream. We decided to hike for a while together.
We saw these beautiful birds. Wonderful colors.
We passed beautiful wild flowers, got to find some sunflowers to make my day.
-
Here is a wild flower field

Hey mountain, what can we see today.
Hiking with me today is one of my friends, we found a perfect place for wading, fishing, and swimming and kayaking.
We passed an old Indian burial grounds from the 1800's
We found a little village where people were making Indian pottery
start out like this
and end like this.
-
Who dreamed up these..??
-
I can't believe I climbed this...
-
that first picture is just too weird. Did you climb it recently?
-
Hi all, no Spar it was a long time ago now..but I just climbed the last part..but the stairs were
see through to the bottom and I was seriously hyperventilating.. but this was the view from the top and it was worth it...
-
And here I pictured you with a rope and pick axe climbing up the mountain. LOL
