Side Effects??

I am having some weird side effects or something. I am sleepy all the time. Get tired easily. It feels like I cannot focus or rather my eyes are trying to close??? Hard to describe. On Tamoxifen, Effexor 225, and Zoloft at night. I have joint pain in my knees. Had surgery march 08. Last chemo end of October '08. I have the usual brain farts. Can't find the word or can't get it out. I can't remember didly. My grown children make fun of me.  I put my meds in the fridge one day and was looking for them all day. Should have been in the cabinet.  Am I going crazy, or to much meds??
