Hi all..I have been a little Awol...I am trying to get my new
computer up and functional..it has Vista ..yikes
and it doesn't seem to like photobucket as well as
Windows XP...can't get it to bring up all the photos
I have in there..
-
Ewww, you're talking to the wrong person here Lisa. I know squat about Vista, let alone computers in general. All I do know is it's frustrating when they don't do what you want.
Good luck.

Hi escapees... (we sound like convicts- LOL)... the appt went well, I get to return to work 1/2 days this week and full time next week. The incision thing is not worrying her as it is what she calls a "dog ear" - translation it is in a roll of fat on my side and I just need to make sure I dry it really well and it should resolove on its own. Boob is looking good she shot it up today with some more saline... looks like October is the date we will do the exchange so I have to put up with this dang expander for a while. ... ughhhh.. but, I can now wear regular bras (no underwire) and we will see how the work thing goes. bummer that will limit my play time on escape --- but, I will be around
-
Hey Checkum. I'm relieved to hear your appt. went well and that your incision isn't cause for concern. It will likely feel good for you to go back to work. Nice to have things return to moderate normalcy.......whatever that is eh?
-
thanks - glad to hear that you are feeling better too!
-
I was sad and bummed to read about slonedeb --- sigh....
-
My friend just took this photo over the weekend..the angel in the clouds..

Wow JO, that is too cool! Do you hold it on your lap or like a guitar? What is it called? How many strings? Do you think I'm interested! LOL
-
Jo & Barb....we had a Gentleman come to my sons elementary school & make these instruments with the students....He also held a Concert with the Students after Teaching them how to play the Dulcimer's they made. It was a lot of fun & a great learning experience for the students!
-
Lisa, what a breathtaking photo. I wonder if it's one of our angel sisters?
-
Hey Jo....that looks neat. Did you teach yourself to play? It DOES remind me of some mountain music:) that kind is always soothing for the soul.... I guess their fingers get used to it after awhile, huh? One of my favorite instruments is the steel guitar. Awwwhhhh...I can just hear my daddy playing it now....I think maybe he's the steel guitarist in Heaven:)
(((((((((((big hugs to all))))))))
-
Good morning escapes.
All this talk of music and of course watching Neil Young on T.V. last night has made me want to escape today to.........

Good morning to my friend who rises with the roosters:)
Here's one of the theaters in Branson that I was telling you about....
-
Are you going there Coonie? It looks like such fun.

Birding in Florida can be hazardous. Hope it wasn't an easter duck.
