cup breastcancer
My diagnosis is her2+,er+,pr- metastatic cancer (3-4 supraclavicuar nodes and a little bone mets) of unknown primary and I am treated like breast cancer. Is there anyone who can help or had the same diagnosis (I know it's very difficult to find someone like this)?

Well I was told I had a Cancer of unknown primary and I went to a big well known hospital and they finally found the primary. There are doctors that specialize in finding unknown primaries and so I called around until I found one. They found the source within a week.

Can you help me? I had pet scans that shown a little shadow in left breast and docs conclude it is breast primaries (but since the bipsies were all negative they haven't find a tumour). Did you finally had tumor and was it removed? Where are you from I whould apreciate if you tell me the hospital you say!
Also what treatment did you have?

Well I had ILC it is very hard to see on scans and mammograms. It was not a lump, it is more like dense breast tissue. There are many good hospitals. I went to Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, but would have trusted any of the big hospitals who deal with this all the time. I had it removed with clear margins by Lumpectomy. They did tell me that I would have to come back for breast MRI's if there were ever any other suspicious areas. It really does help to get a second opinion, you would probably feel better. If they are telling you that it is er+ and her+++ they must be sure it is breast cancer. I know you would feel better if they found the source though. Good Luck with that and may your treatment go well!

I read a few of your other posts and it sounds like your treatment is going well. I didn't know you were in treatment already. Sounds like you have good doctors.

Well I wish they are...I think they choose a good chemo but I went in a hard supraclavicular nodes and a salivary surgery first because the mammos and other tests were negative (misdiagnosis). I was working at the hospital for 4 months before I was diagnosed with cancer and choose them for the treatment. However I am from Greece and here people used to come in US for better medical treatment. I have thoughts of coming but I really do not know any specialist in cup and I don't want to waste all my family's money.
I was feeling very good but I am very anxious about my first tests I will do on Thursday that will show if chemo worked as the docs were expecting! The doc said the skin mets have disapeared but is not sure for the area under skin because it is a little rough...I wish it is because of the surgery that took a lot out! Positive thinking...
HensoChi since you were first cup how did your docs diagnosed cancer? I had supraclavicular node mets..I would apreciate if you tell me a little more about your situation. Thanks a lot!
