Dallas, Tx recommendations

I am BRCA1 positive, and am looking for Dr/Plastic Surgeon recommendations. I am exploring the option of PBMastectomy, and am interested in a Dr (in the Dallas area) that will perform a nipple sparing surgery, possible one-step procedure. Any advice, referrals is greatly appreciated. I don't think I am interested in any flap procedures...Thanks in advance.
