Time for me to stoke that fire a tad, but otherwise it's been fine all day. Lots of warmth and pleasant glow given off tonight with Slonerangers resting a tad, and surely expressing our missing your presence, and sending loving support. It's earth night tonight, Deb, so now I will honor this new idea of turning off electricity on a set day in recognition of our world's need to conserve. But the fire stays, day and night, as it reflects our Circle for you.((Hugs))Tender

SueBlue special thanks for doing our homework for us. What a collective treasure.
Slonedeb. I'm up in time to make it to church & that puts such a thrill into my heart. The music at the service I attend is always so uplifting -- no matter what the message of the day brings, it's always the music that brings rest to my soul.
Sending you loving thoughts for the day about to unfold.

Good morning, SloneDeb and a good morning to all of our SloneRangers.
It's so encouraging to see so many different people joining round our sister -- in her time of need.
Tender, it was so wise of you to have started this thread, over a year ago!
SloneDeb, I wonder if anyone is able to read our encouragement to you?? I hope that you know just how special you are -- to sooooo many.
I am so proud of you for the way that you continue on, thru pain and the unknowns, in order to spend another day with your family and witness to us here.
Know that we hold you in our hearts and prayers.
I beseech the heavens for compassion and mercy -- so that your breathing might be made easier.

"Ride out your storms -- and look for the rainbow."
We had so much wind yesterday and today it appears to have blown itself out. A calm morning.
-
Good morning Slonedeb. I pray that today your pain will be eased and your breathing much improved. This rainbow is for you.
-
Hello Deb. How pretty that rainbow is. I wish you a calm Monday as you ride your storm. I'm camped out at our campfire, putting on some kindling, thinking of motherhood and sister/brotherhood and you. You're children have a loving, gracious mother; I've seen this clearly in your posts and am awed by your ability. You give me strength...

Morning Our Dear Deb. I can tell spring is here. Allergies for many with all the trees blooming. That would be me. I am praying your breathing is better and you are pain free and enjoying the day. Maybe have hubby get a comedy movie for you two to watch. Laughter is good like a medicine. We do seem to do better when we are able to laugh. All your Sloane Rangers are keeping the fire going and sending up prayers. Come back soon. God bless....

Hello, Deb,
Just checking in hoping there was a post from you. Have a peaceful day.
-
Evening Deb and fellow Slonerangers,
The campfire is mellow tonight, a nice constant ember of yellow without much crackling. I'm hoping it's waves of warmth may reach Deb and ease any pain she has. May our circle of support lift her spirits and allow filled breaths, with no sense of shortness but rather a sense of fullness.
Dearest Deb and DH, we know you take each day as it comes, that your time together is precious. Please know we continue to hold you close and wish nothing but caring and prayers of peace and strength for you.

SloneDeb, I'm gonna cozy in close to the fire.
How about if I bring my guitar and we can sing some old camp-songs together. I can lead quite a few. You can just listen if you prefer.... we'll do all the singing. Do you have any requests you'd like me to include??
Sleep easily.
Rest in the assurance that you are loved by the heavens and the earth.

Deb the sun will soon rise here. I am thinking of you and getting a lil concerned since no news lately. I know you are riding the storm. I will warm by the fire with Daffodil and wait for your post. The circle is not broken we are continuing to pray. God bless and much love Deb.

Good morning, Slonedeb. I looked out my window and had to take a picture: the sun is coming up to shine on you today.

As always.........gentle hugs Slonedeb

Good morning,Deb
I hope you had a peaceful sleep and you have a comfortable day. I had to have an MRI done yesterday. As scared as I was and am, I offered it up for you and thought about you.How brave you are and I tried to follow your example. I said the rosary while in there ans always ask our Blessed Lady to keep her arms wrapped around you.
Hugs and prayers

Morning hugs and greetings to you, our Kentucky Queen, SloneDeb & all our SloneRangers.
It's so wonderful to have so many in this circle of caring. We've woven quite a caring community -- within the wider caring community. It's wonderful to welcome new SloneRangers into our midst.
I'm preparing to leave for another one of my adventures. This time to Baltimore & that area. In addition to speaking at a conference there, I will be spending some quality time with my younger daughter, her guy and meeting up with my own dear husband.
SloneRangers, please keep the fire lit, and the prayers plentiful. I will attempt to check in periodically from the road...... but this will be a very active adventure.
xx00xx00xx00xx00xx00xx00xx
Dear loving, gracious Heavenly Healer. I commend our dear sister Deb into your merciful hands for compassion and grace to be showered upon her from your infinite storehouse of goodness and care. Our sister has demonstrated her unwavering faith and we ask for your loving kindness to be demonstrated in her present journey. Hold her up. Shower her with encouragement. Support her with the softness of angels wings. Take her fear away. Guide her children. Allow each to say what is needed. Hold them together. Send light into the room. Help us to accept your Will when it is beyond our understanding. Teach us to love one another as you have loved us.
xx00xx00xx00xx00xx00xx00xx00xx
I will continue to pray, the old-fashioned way, as I am away from the computer.

Just thinking of you. My prayers are with you always. Here is a picture I thought you might enjoy.

Sweet dreams. See you tomorrow.
-
Slonedeb, Kbug & SloneRangers.....
My car is packed and I'm about ready to hit the road again, for Baltimore. It says to expect a seven hour drive.
I plan to devote the next couple of days to my family, so will be sending up prayers from my heart, rather than my laptop.
Keep the campfire glowing. I'll get some marshmellows while I'm out.

Hi Deb,
Wish we could hear from you. Hoping your days are peaceful, free of pain and your nights restful.
Know that your sisters here are praying for you each minute. Gentle hugs.

April showers are here Deb, for the next several days and should bring on those May flowers. I love those sayings. Over the years I've taught so many to my kids, like "the early bird gets the worm" as I think they are somewhat true and it imparts simple ways to see life. I imagine you do the same with your kids and grandchildren. Always time to show by being a little more of how to live.
I'm moving the campfire to under a slight ledge of rock, so it will withstand these showers and gathering my kindling now before they begin. Then it's sit back and enjoy the rain, the smells, the flowers and greening, the bird songs and our songs. Hope you can join us in your mind.
Praying for you Deb. May you find comfort from your storm in your own way, knowing your Slonerangers are hovering round.
((Hugs))
