    Hi jazzy girl, I am rested from yesterday but just got through doing our taxes so I am a little stressed.  Have to drive to Davis to pick up grands at school and we are in the middle of a storm, pouring right now but turning to snow this afternoon.  DH has got a fire going in the fireplace to now that I am through with taxes I am going to go get cozy and knit.

    Mary-Lou, so thankful for any update from you.

    Jaz, you knew just what I needed, sea shells and sea glass, they will be perfect for my grapevine wreath.  It is a blank now with nothing on it.

    Toyful, you looked very relaxed laying in that hammack.  Sure hope you are enjoying every single second.

    Sharon, a happy peaceful day to you too.

    Anna you are so right, Sahalie's words and Julz's word are a magic poetry to the senses.  I love their post.

    Blessings to all of you "Beach Loving Angels" out there! I loved viewing all of your posts and photos.  Somehow I knew that women who are enamored with the ocean are women to get to know.  Hope I can join you for some inspiration sharing.  Enjoy your weekend... love your self... love your life!

    Oh my, what delightful flip flops.  I'd like the two different coloured green ones please.  But Nancy, you get first choice (whispering, choose anything but green, choose anything but greenWink) of course.

    These are just the floor display...there are plenty of green ones in inventory.  Eveyrone can have whatever color they fancy.

    Yep, lots of snow and it is still cold and raining cats and dogs and little fishes. Jazzy girl, I will miss you this weekend but have tons of fun.  My grandson is here for the weekend so he will use the computer a lot so I probably won't get it much either.

    LOL, I can just see Sharon trying to boogie board on a size 14 flip flop, just hold on to each side and you'll ride the waves on in.

    Welcome Nancy, hope you stay on the beach and ride the waves, soak up the sun, and enjoy good company and pretty pictures.  Lots of laughter, love, and hugs.

    Hey, Julz of the beach, come on and take a walk on the sandy shores with me.

    Sahalie, got a new craft to show you tomorrow on the other thread.  It is unique.

    Faith, you are going to be so jealous when I post a picture on my new checkbook my daughter got me, not only is it polka dot but it actually closes and nothing can fall out.

    i think one of the hardest things about these 'boards' is that there are SOOOO many choices.

    when you're first getting acquainted it's hard to sort out where things are.....

    then when i'd find a conversation/area that i 'liked' or related to, i'd forget where i found it.

    welcome welcome lucky, we await your inspiration

    i've had a very grand day indeed.

    today was the ultimate of the ultimates. i was on the 'BIG' stage.

    and get a load of this:

    i had 3, count them THREE professionals assigned to my every need:

    1. sound guy

    1. tech/computer guy (the screen was probably about 20 feet high, seriously)

    1. light guy

    Two weeks ago in VA I had to track down an extension to get to the electricity

    Today I have 3 men behind the screen making everything work.

    I have now been officially spoiled for life. Seriously spoiled.

    Glad to hear from you Mary Lou..... prayers for Michael/Mr. Mary Lou, continued recovery.

    Dream, it's always great to see your quite humorous post.

    Now I can't remember who had the black n white polka dot bikini volley ball player

    (that was me of course, featured in the pic! LOL) Jazz might have been yours.

    Made me smile and I do want that cute little purse-ette.

    Have one workshop tomorrow then repack for the drive home.

    We've seriously fallen short for Coonie's birthday extravaganza.

    I know I've seen some bling and that yacht w/the helicopter, but I don't think we've gotten her whole list as of yet.

    She wanted salty snacks!!

    Tomorrow's the big day and I'll be up to my ears in teachers.
