I'll be hosting a live broadcast of the EnCourage support group meeting from NOLA on Wednesday, March 11th, from 2-5 p.m. in Torrance. Please let me know if you'd like to attend. We plan to have a surgical oncologist/geneticist in attendance to answer questions. Dr. Alan Stolier is presenting this month's topic "Genetic Testing" live from New Orleans.     I'd like very much to view some of the EnCourage meetings. Can anyone obtain video access to them?

    Not yet, but if you live in Los Angeles, Indianapolis, or NOLA, you can be a part of this.  The meeting was great.  Dr. Stolier went into great depth about how BRCA manifests in families, and a woman who attended with me is going to ask her father and her husband to be tested because of their personal and family histories of cancers.  We all learned a lot, and are looking forward to the next meeting on April 8th.
