My DD finally found a good source for cushi mini-pillows~~~on sale. I still use them and am past implant exchange.

    They were the very best..I used them from mastectomy thru reconstruction..and I still keep them by the bed...I had three..and even took them to the hospital.

    That's a good price--less than half what Brookstone wants for similar microbead pillows.

    What do you use these pillows for during the surgerys and recon? Just wondering if I am going to need one, or more.

    As I had an axillary dissection along w/ my mast., I used them to keep my arm elevated and away from my body..a necessary comfort issue. After the reconstruction I used them to support my arm while having to lay on my back each nite....I also used them between my knees during chemo when I would be in the bed all day.....in the hospital I used them even under my head as the hospital pillowa leave a lot to be desired :)....I now put one under a book while reading in bed...works great...

    I had 1 square one about 12x12 and 2 oblong ones about 9x14....
