Good morning and just where are all of our Mean, Lean, Cleaning Machines this morning? Roll call anyone?

Hi friends, well I am ahead of the game, the hubby and I cleaned some windows and screens last evening, I needed to occupy my mind , my DD got a disturbing call from her GYN yesturday (sorry to those of you who have heard this on our other thread). I am very worried, but good news we pick up our puppy in the AM, so you all know what I'll be busy doing the next few weeks.

I guess Housework doesnt sit well with me. I was sick most of this week- LOL.
Got 1 load of Towels done-thats it.
Missed pages of Posts! I wont reply to them all.
Cathi- I sew Doll Clothes. I hope your daughter gets some better news next week... Good you will have the puppy this weekend to help distract you a little. Oh- Have so much fun with your new Puppy! I am jealous. Just thinking about a puppy makes me Smile. They are the best. Deja says bring her here- she promises to treat her like a Baby. Why She even kissed my dd Guinea Pig the other day- LOL
Speaking of Teens- My 1 dds room is worse then the Picture posted!! I too gave up on their rooms years ago. I try not to enter them to often..if I do- I have to be careful so I dont hurt myself.
Welcome to all the New House cleaners!
My dd leaves on her 1st road trip today...her & a bunch of friends are driving to Ft Myers. I am not a happy camper...And will worry all week.

Good morning, answering TGIF roll call with a my first cup of coffee. After my herceptin yesterday I slept really good last night, for a change. Today I piled up the papers on my dining table and put them in my second bedroom, known as "the office". They are not sorted or filed away, but the table is clear. That is the plan for today, but they are at least behind a closed door, lol.
It got cold here again, up and down temps, heat is back on and no opening the patio door for fresh air unless I put on a parka. Keep smiling, HUGS, Nancy

Pam how old is your daughter?
-
I threw out an empty pen today. Does that count for my one thing?
-
She will be 21 in April.
LOL Barbe- Yes- that counts- at least in my House it does.

)

Good morning ladies. I'm here, but not quite at 'em yet
It is pouring down rain again and about 45 degrees. It really makes it hard to get much done with that kind of weather. It's probably gonna be a day of computer playing and reading
Plus, DD comes in for the weekend from college, and she's my little tornado:)
Lefty....I love the new merger name-------------tooooo funny!! And that sack lunch probably cost you a few thousand dollars. Herceptin ain't cheap!!!
Cathi----Show us a pic of your new pup. I just love new puppies. I'm weird, but I love puppy breath:) and the little sounds they make
Barbe...I think throwing out that pen should be IT for the day -- hehe
mom--I think I'll wave my white flag too....it's FRIDAY!! House will get messed up again anyway over the weekend, right??
Denise...hope your bone pain gets better. Working on taxes will cause more aches and pains than you can imagine:)
Makraz........hope your day is a good one.
sorry if I missed someone...I just read the last page. Will catch up later after I've had my coffee. Happy Friday Cleaning ladies
-
Oh Nana--------you better rest up this weekend since chemo is Monday. That's a good excuse not to do housework:)
-
Ok heres Margo, this is a pic they sent me last week, her first bath, she and her siblings were outside rolling in the dirty. She is a Chihuahua, born Jan 7th.
-
OMG Too cute! And I'm a CAT person! But hey, small dogs are really cat wanna be's. What are you going to call him. Dogs are boys, cats are girls.....
-
Adorable !! I love Puppy Breath too Coonie!
-
Margo is soooooooooooooooo CUTE!!!!!
Cathi....I know you will spoil her rotten!!!!
edit to add: You've just got to share her on the " awwwhhhh, that's so cute" thread!! They will LOVE her!
-
hehe Dejaboo...but once they outgrow the puppy breath, it turns to pure BUTT breath
At least that's what I've found with my two dogs... and I've tried everything......teeth cleaning, teeth brushing, doggie treats.....nothing works
-
I'll do that coonie, Barbe puppies name is Margo, I love cats to we have Roxie, this is an old picture (yr ago) she won't sit still long enough for me to get one now (she was a rescue). I could never work at a Animal hospital, pet store, SPCA, I would have them all home with me. I absolutely cry my eyes out everytime, if I go into a shop, PETSmart etc, and see the older cats in there, I always think noone will take them, everyone wants a "kitty", hubby seldom lets me go alone - he knows what will happen, I'll wonder away from him and he knows where to find me everytime.
-
Doing laundry again today, it never ends! I am vacuuming too, the boys made a mess yesterday. I have the Pnewood Derby tonight with my cubscout Pack. Tomorrow I turn 43! Happy Birthday to me, I think I'll take the day off, well as 'off' as a Mom can!
Cathi - Love the pup!! She's is adorable!
Barbe - I love you kind of cleaning. You should take the rest of the day off!
Coonie - Enjoy the weekend with your DD.
Lefty - cold here again too. When is it going to end!!
Pam - try and relax this weekend, your daughter will have fun, and I'm sure you taught her well.
Hello to all others - keep cleaning!! (Or not).
Linda
-
Happy Early Birthday Linda!!
Hope You have some Fun Time & not all Mom Time
I will try to relax & Not worry- easier said then done. I have tought her well...But then there are alot of bad people out there
Yes, Coonie- the puppy breath goes away here too! Ugh. I even have recently tried an electric toothbrush on Deja.
For awhile she loved the Rawhide bones & that really cleaned up her teeth & breath...But now she doesnt chew on them much & we can tell!

Awwww you guys are showing cute pictures while I'm up to my ears in dust bunnies, No fair! (Can you tell I'm a middle child?)
Would you believe we had snow last night...........again......this has been one rough winter for us. We had planted a peach tree too although we were told by the extension office that it won't be ruined by a couple days of cold weather. I hope not. The pink blossoms are so pretty.
Back to dust bunny land.
-
Almost forgot............Happy birthday Linda! (tomorrow
)

Does mixing drinks count as housework? I've been busy making you all cosmo's to share. Thanks so much for wishing me a Happy Birthday. I plan on having a few Cosmos to celebrate!
-
Happy Birthday, Makraz, have one for me, enjoy!
-
It may not count as house work, but it does count as exercise - upper arm strength training. Mix away.
-
Anyone know any good products for dusting with?
