Hugs Mary-Lou.
Yep Coonie, now yer talkin" Horse and buggy works just fine for me but I think we should have started out before the new year started.
This could work? And turtles can swim too. BONUS.

-
THAT'S IT!!! that's the CAR/BOAT..... I just feel that it's right. Will we have room to pack all our stuff? I mean, I don't think Toy expects to provide EVERYTHING for us, does she?

Oh my....gotta edit pic again....made page tooooo wide!!!
edit to add: "oh my, new page, no picture, gotta act fast before beach mum sees this

phew......
-
CAUGHT ya!! Seriously, Coonie. I popped in when there was only a message, before you went back to get the pic inserted. Ya, just never know when I'm gonna show up!!
The good news: their lobby is rigged for wireless for FREE!! So I've found a leather couch, an outlet and my new wireless inserted gizzmo is operational!!
The even better news: I made it in 9.5 hours, with narry a hair-raising episode.
My stop at our library yesterday, yielded several 'books-on-CDs' and it literally made the trip pass in the blink of an eye. I've listened to the first 6 CDs in a set of 7 by Eckert Tolle. (Will attempt to double check that spelling at some point.) Such a powerful concept. Toy, I just kept thinking of you, the entire time I was listening.
His whole concept is about accepting the "truth" and then living into it. Surrender. Surrender as a word of power. Seperating our 'life' from our 'life situation'..... anyhow, it was illuminating. I kept finding myself nodding my head in agreement.
He integrates much from the Bible with other of the world's religions. Fascinating. Truly.
So glad I don't have to go cold-turkey!!
(You just knew I couldn't. Were ya takin' bets??)
-
Ha, no point in taking bets.........we knew you couldn't do it Faith. hehehehe
Coonie.........luggage??? You didn't mention luggage. All I need is my pills, my toothbrush and some clean underwear.
This should hold it........

We gotta travel light......so here is yours........

-
I was getting ready to start betting marbles....but we knew you couldn't do it Faith

Figured you would be sitting in a McDonald's parking lot where you could get wireless
internet for free.........hehehee

So glad you're in a lobby on a nice comfy couch though

-
Sharon......that bag won't even hold my PILLS!!! Much less underwear...

-
Ooooooooooooooh Coonie. Funny Coonie.
Seeing the 'big' panties above made me think of my ol' friend Sally, who used to say that her panties were custom made by "Omar, the Tent-Maker."

Our babies were little ones at the time. We were such good friends for that season.
-
Life does present itself as a circus act at times, doesn't it?

-
sure does Faith.....with lots of clowns

-
Well go ahead and have a slice of Louis' birthday cake, I'm sure he won't mind.

-
-
mmmmm....thanks Louis for the cake. It's delicious!

Awesome Pics Lisa........as ALWAYS!!
-
-
Cute, cute, cute!!
I think I've over-stayed my welcome in the lobby. They were trying to put a floral arrangement in my hair, to match the decor. LOL.
Must retreat to my room and get my day 'organized' for tomorrow!!
Much love to each and all..... especially those we haven't heard from in a little while. (You know who you are...........)
