Hi all, love the pictures, esp kitties. We are going to wait until after our trip next week. Dh really want himelayin (sp?) because he believes it is a good cat for allergy sufferers. From what I have read they need lots of care for the coat and I really do not want to commit to that (did 9 yrs of bichon w/ no help from the family for the family dog). I would like to go to area shelter

I agree on the short hair thing. I think he's out of his mind. Interesting that he says that we should have a cat because it would be good for me, but he has a lot of opinions about the specifics; hmmm.
