I love liver and onions but my husband won't allowed in cooked in our house due to smell (what smell?) so I can only order it out occassionally.

We used to have liver n'onions once a week on Wed at a camp, where I was on staff. We were required to eat three bites -- setting a good example. They called it summer steak! Anyhow, it really was good, once I developed a taste for it..... it was totally disguised with breading & gravy etc etc.
