Is Duct Enlargement a Problem?

I think one of the lumps I'm feeling on one side is an enlarged duct. I think they said they saw one on the ultrasound. Is that a problem or OK?

  Kim--as far as I know, it's a benign issue. (apocrine metaplasia, duct ectasia and fibroadenomas are also benign.  Dense breasts increase your risk slightly as it is harder to image them)

  Thanks - hopefully that's what it is. It feels tubular. I think I am feeling an enlarged lymph node not too far from it. Can they see that on ultrasound?
