    Hi ladies!  I have been taking Arimidex now for 3+ weeks and the only change or side effect I have noticed to this point is cramping/discomfort in my abdomen.  I haven't had a period now for about 1 1/2 years but it feels somewhat like the cramps I used to get with my period.  It started about a week ago.  I take my pill in the morning and don't feel the discomfort until later in the afternoon and sometimes lasts for a short while or for hours.  Has anyone else experienced this or heard of this as a side effect of Arimidex?  I am going to talk to my doctor about this if it continues.

    I just had finished 1-st week of Arirmidex. I don't have such symptom like yours.

    I have aching in hands, back and specially at joins of fingers and elbow.

    It get worse after 1 or 2 hours sleeping. 

    I don't know will this last throught all these 5 years or not. Hope not!

    I try to do some light exercise. Hope that can help.

    I have had some serious cramping and constipation after 2 weeks of Arimidex! But I figured if it helps cute this stupid cancer I can take it. I will take a laxative and see if that helps. My guts feel pretty twisted most of the day.
