    Thanks for this article!

I went to a naturalpathic doctor after treatments, and asked what to take to avoid a recurrence and she recommend fish oil too. Plus Co enzyme Q10.

I was told to get a good quality fish oil too by many. Nordic Naturals is a very good brand. thanks again!! Smile

I read that Fish oill with Omega - 3's is good.

BC survivors should avoid Omega 9 which is contained in some of the fish oil supplements

My PS just told me not to take fish oil for 2 weeks before surgery.  It supposedly increases bleeding risk, like aspiring and ibuprofen.

I've been taking fish oil faithfully for about 10 years.  It was fantastic for my high triglycerides, went from 400 to less than 200.  It worked much better than the statin I am on for high cholesterol.

It didn't prevent my breast cancer though.  Maybe it kept it at bay or made it less than it might have been.  I don't think it did any harm.
