TIME TO CIRCLE THE WAGONS GIRLS
Comments

dear circle girls, In case anyone cares or is interested, this has been a very hard month for me. On Jan 28, I moved out of BROOKHAVEN NURSING HOME into a 2 br apartment. I had a ball for one day-happy as a lark. That night when I went to sleep, my body shut down. I couldnot move. I went without food, drink or medicine for 2 days. When the sheriff found me, I waS severely dehydrated.
-
They tookme to acute care and I was dx with muscle breakdown which was getting into my blood stream. I almost died and sometimes
I wonder why I didnt. I get so tired oof fighting. Now I am at brookhaven waiting for next time.
-
Jankay,
So sorry its been a rotten month. As far as not dying yet- I guess its not your time. My prayers are with you for a recovery and a much nicer month.
-
Dear Friends, I am fighting some battles too, But I know that Our Lord will help us all to win. I have been weak and swollen(lymphedema) etc. But I know with His love I can do anything.
I also was told my machine for my full body lymphedema might not be paid for and I might have to send it back! It is just a time when I know I need to stay with friends and pray. Well I have a cancer appt and shot tomorrow. Sending everyone a gentle hug, God loves you and so do I.

Jankay, So sorry to hear of your latest troubles. I truly understand as when I was in the hospital after my recent surgery (bilateral mast with reconstruction), I went into kidney failure as well. I was in the hospital 11 days and boy was it miserable. You have really had a rough go of it and want you to know that I have been praying for you. Brookhaven seems to have been good to you. I hope you get back to as close to your normal as you can real soon.
There are so many who need our prayers. I am so glad we have each other. Sending up special prayers today for slonedeb, footprints angel and jankay. God bless you all. Please check in when you can. Love, Pam

Lord, You are everything to me, Thank You that I can walk
each moment with you and not have to figure life out on my
own. And when I come to a dark time, I can put my hand
in Yours and depend on You as we walk together. I know
that "the upright shall dwell in Your presence" (Psalms 140
13), and that's where I want to live. For in Your presence I
will find healing, deliverance, love, peace, joy, and hope.
Lord help me to embrace the moments of my life that are
hard to get me arms around. AMEN
-
Just checking in and sending hugs out to those in need.

I have fought so hard in the past ten or so years with the breast cancer and then the parkinsons. The two diseases together have shattered my life and those around me. My kids have had to grow up to soon. I AM SO PROUD OF MY CHILDREN, and there accomplishments. These diseases have taken my independance and my ability to do for my kids and family the way I wanted too.
You do what you have to do to survive. Even if it means people think you are mean and hateful. Life in a wheelchair is not desirable or enjoyable. Then, you make the decision to go get help. But you find, you lose the rest of your independance. You get stronger and try to get some freedom back. You wouldn't believe how far that is. People want you to be safe and all you want to do is live.
-
Hugs and prayers Jankay. Yes we want to live for sure. Hang in there.

Dear Lord, Bless all the wonderful people that are in need of Your loving touch.
Help their pain and worries so they may rest in Your arms. Help those that are
having tests or surgery, Guide the Dr hands and help it to go well. Watch over
all the people that are helping us, Help them to be strong. We thank You for all
