juicer/blender mixer

I'm not a chef. I do not have a juicer but I have a decent Kitchen aid blender - used to be for Mahgaritas - now collects dust. Could I use that just as well for juicing? Anyone else do this instead of a juicer?

    Hi Patti,

    Sorry no one has responded to your post,  I am not sure about using the blender, I have always used a juicer,  it seperates the skin/peels for you, I would think using the blender you would have to peel everything,

    I use a blender and juicer, I find the blender works really well for soft things like berries, whereas I use my juicer for hard fruits and veg, like celary and apples.  Hope this helps
