Diana, As this week approaches... know the Lord is with you and you will make good strong choices and do very well with any treatment you choose!
God Bless you!

Oh Diane, you certainly don't deserve this. No one does that is for sure. I pray that it is a meningioma and that will be the end of it. (((((((Diane))))))
-
Diane, you are two years older than my daughter, so I can imagine how your family feels. I am praying for you and your husband and also for your parents. This is about all of you, and I am asking God to touch your body and heal you - and I pray He pours on all of you all of you a massive dose of peace and assurance. You are safe in God's hands. No matter what happens, when you are in God's hands, you are SAFE.
-
Dear Lord, Please bless our friend Diane, Help her to know You
are there beside her. Give her a reason for hope, I pray, Help calm the storms
in her life. Help place her trust not in the well-meaning doctors, nurses and
all the others who attend to her needs, But in You and You alone. Use them I pray as
You conduits of grace and bring her healing. I offer my humble pray to You Lord. Amen

I too will be keeping you in my prayers. I too have 4 small children and was 36 when I was diagnosed with the same diagnosis as you. My nodal involvement i'm sure would have been more similar to yours if I hadn't had upfront chemo. I haven't had my scans yet, but am scared to death like you were. I am praying the gamma knife thing will take care of the lesion and that you will be NED once again! I'm sending you a hug your way!! Tina
-
Thinking of you today! Dont forget to let us know what time your appt is so we can pray you through it!
-
Diana,
Prayers in abundance for you and your family. You WILL beat this!

Moody ~ my procedure is the cyber knife at 1100, be at the hospital at 0930. I have a call into MD anderson and they may want me out there tomorrow or Wednesday, so we will see. I am waiting on a call back. Just want a second opinion. Thanks for all the love and prayers!
-
Diana, may our Father lead you in your search for the right thing to do... God Bless you!
Love,
Laura
-
Thanks Laura ~ still no word back from MD Anderson
if I don't hear back by tomorrow, I will have my films sent to Cedars Siani in CA -> I think I spelled that wrong! Oh well.... Still feeling wonderful physically, believing with my whole heart I am healed and getting ready to cook dinner. A really good thing about my new job is that I could get life insurance w/o medical check up within the first 30 days, so I just insured myself so my kids will be set with a pretty sizable trust in addition to what I already have. Just hope they don't knock me off to get the cash
-
Look at the smile on those kids faces, they would never knock you off they know how lucky they are to have you. I hope u hear something back soon
-

-
Love and prayers going out to both of you!!!!!!! I will be thinking of you tomorrow!
-
To my ZapZap sister, I will give you a call ~ you have been my life line like that show "who wants to be a millionaire!" I will call before and after.
I will update you all on what MD Anderson had to say: THEY WANT TO OPEN MY SKULL for full pathology (hopefully removing the who lesion, but would have to do the cyber knife later if they didn't get it all) ~ heck no to that, so I will do the ZapZap and continue on. Yes, I would love to know if this is indeed a benign meningioma but do not want to add the risks of actual brain surgery. The cyber knife is more precise and less traumatic. My rad onc said it 'looked like it could be' but with my history, you know how it goes... I could go thru the whole deal trying to get a biopsy and something go bad, so I believe in the Lord's healing hands, feel as if I am healed thru prayer already. I am going to LIVE, be NED in the HEAD!
Sandy ~ that is me in the hat with my youngest!!
-
"I am going to LIVE, be NED in the HEAD! "
I Like that Diana!

Pam
-
Diana - Why in the world do they need to open your skull and do a bx? Seems like you are treating it the same either way. I love your picture w/ your child. You are going to knock this thing! And we are all rooting for you! Take care. - Jean

She should be getting home around noonish I think.. I prayed for her the whole time I ws being zapped.. so my time flew.. I pray hers is! And she is NED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
