For those of us just starting out on this journey it's good to know things really do get better! I've had the lumpectomy, the sentinel node biopsy, now waiting for results then radiotherapy but time is standing still - it's good to know the end does come eventually - Thanks Heather!!!! - Now CELEBRATE!!!

Congratulations and thanks for spreading the white light. Yes, I am just starting out, too. Seeing the onco next week... a little nervous but glad to have all the surgeries behind me and able to kick this disease in the butt

For me as well, so far so good. I had my 1st year anniversary oncology visit (technically, the 4th quarterly visit after MX) this past week. All my numbers are looking fantastic. Bloodwork is great except for being borderline anemic). I feel great. Here's to all of us on the journey! Hip hip - hoo-rah!

heatherbless - wonderful news! Congratulations! It can get depressing reading people's physical trials, side effects, setbacks, etc. We need the good news! I'm so happy for you. If you went thru chemo you've been thru a lot. I'm so glad it's all behind you.
