- Checkum and all that need a lift
Father in heaven, help me to have hope by surrounding my with hopeful
people. Heal me, I pray not for my sake or anyone else's, but for Your
sake. Lord ground my hope in your reality of Your profound and enduring
love for me and desire for my well being. In the name of the Great Physician,
Jesus Christ. Amen
My prayer are with you and believe unflinchingly in your treatment decisions,
in your medicine and caregivers and in God's power to heal you.

Oh FootieDebbieSisterToo...... I don't like seeing your deleted post above????? Fills my heart with questions. I hope that it was just a computer issue. You are welcome to share your realities along with your cheer -- here at our beach of sisterhood.
I'm up and at 'em. Today is another Aerobics thru Line Dance morning. We'll see if I retained any of that instruction. Today's the longer format. Yeeeee Haaaaaa! (I haven't heard that much country music in my entire lifetime. LOL.)
Checkum. Checkin' in with prayers on your behalf.
Edited to add a picture. You know how I feel about the start of a new page together.......
Back after I work up at acceptable 'glow.'

Hey Footie,
We know you were here.
-
We're here to support each other.
-
And of course the group hug never hurts.
-
Good morning beachies. Sending everybody a little Spring today!
Checkum----I ate some ice cream for you last night too.....just in case you didn't
get enough
Luv---don't worry about the pics. I'm probably gonna be getting in trouble soon
because I don't know what's right and what's not right to post. I just figure, if you can
get it off the internet, it can be posted
Guess I was wrong.
One of our sisters was ready to get a hold of that lady that was so upset
Sister, you know who you are.....I'm so proud of you for holding in that "rant" you
were ready to give
.......you're one in a million. It's good to come to the defense of one
of our own though:)
I agree with checkum.....we should REALLY meet and have some REAL beach time one day.
It would be a blast!
Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Sharon. I just LOVE that beachie 'group-hug' above.
Thanks for finding it for us. Thanks for sharing it.
Group hug indeed!!
LUV's in da house!
We must concentrate our prayers for our Checkum & all those in need.
Love the touch of spring, Coonie. It's around the next corner, I just know it.
Our aerobics class today was 80 minutes!! They pulled out some seriously challenging routines for today for the last 20 minutes. Wow. Over my head. It was my opportunity to stand & smile & catch my breath. The one routine had 32 different moves. That's about 22 past what my brain can catalogue.
The group is lovely & welcome-ing & full of delightful women. I feel very fortunate that the instructor is so patient & capable.
-
Faith, you go girl.
Join me when you're finished.
-
Foot , please post what ever is on your heart.
We are all sisters here.
And we love you foot.
-
Thank you to the Beach Pals that sent me a Valentine. It was a timely distraction from my current situation. A big hug to you.
-
Spoiled princess alert...... I realize that I am indeed spoiled.
Just now back from a quilters gathering. VERY inspirational.
They've loaned me some awesome books & magazines, so off to the sewing machine, while I'm all charged up!
I rode my bike today, too.
I could seriously live here non-stop...... other than the fact that I'd miss those grandchildren -- up in the cold of Ohio. LOL
-
Dream, I hope that is the box I sent you that has finally arrived! I hope you enjoy the silliness it was meant to bring.

Hi Beach Babes...
Checkin in to say thank you for all of the thoughts and prayers. I am in a good place in my head today. I went to lunch with a girl friend and was busy most of the rest of the day. I have tried to not stay online too much as I am a person that starts reading (and then believing everything)... I am just keeping it light and chillin.
Took a nice little nap with my two dogs under the afgan (felt all the love from my sisters at the beach)...
On to more ice cream - thanks for helping out Lisa LOL
