The purest vitamins that I know of are from procaps labs.

Be aware tho, they are expensive, however I wait for sales and/or free shipping.  If you do buy from here do take note of the ingredients as Andrew Lessman (the manufacturer) does repeat ingredients in some products and you surely don't want to take too much of one thing.

As far as what to take and dosages that is best discussed with your docs.  If you eat healthy you may not need as many vitamins as someone who doesn't.  You also may want to ask your doc to check your vitamin D levels - that's a good place to start.
