Pregnant!

I was getting ready to start my bottle o' tamoxifen and realized I hadn't yet had my cycle (the doctor told me to make sure I wasn't preggers before starting). Well, lo and behold, the pregnancy test came back with a big fat "+" sign. I am floored to say the least b/c when I was trying to get pregnant, it just wouldn't happen. Now, I don't know what to do.
I had a mastectomy in October and the doc said that my margins were clean, but I'm worried that this new development may make things worse since I was ER+. Any suggestions? Please!
Dx 8/29/2008, IDC, <1cm, Stage I, Grade 3, 0/2 nodes, ER+/PR-, HER2-Comments
