Good morning Beach babes! Time to have some fun on this fine Saturday! Wings!!! So happy to see you here. Morning to Checkum, Sharon. Mary-Lou, have a wonderful time at Myrtle Beach. It looks like a gorgeous place to be. Faith, just reading what you do each day makes me tired! Where do you find all that energy. Spar, I hope puppy dog is better today. Who owns the Rottie that attacked him by the way? Julz, where are you? Are you working this weekend? Hi to Coonie and all the rest from A to Z.
-
It belongs to a sort of neighbor, down the road and on the hwy 19, have not met them. The neighbors around us are really nice and friendly and actually take Chico in their homes and play with him and feed him, everyone loves him except the rottie.today one of his testicles has swollen up 3 times it normal size, everyday something else is swelling up but he is walking more, just very slowly.
Wings, so good to see you, hope you had a great Birthday.
Mary-Lou, have fun come back safe.
Not much time on the computer today due to granddaughter wanting attention. (and the computer to play barbie or hannah montana games.
Everyone have a great weekend.
-
Wingers!! Just love seeing you pop in. Maybe you could have a birthday every month & that way we'd have lots more parties and see more of you.
Mary Lou..... You so deserve a happy diversion & that sounds delightful.
Love all of the pics and peaceful support to each and all.
Never gonna attempt the whole beach shout outs, as I know I can never remember everyone.
(Swiss cheese)
We made it thru toddler gymnastics, me wringing wet & WB w/big smile that it was over. LOL
(It's full size, REAL gymnastic equipment & he's 'reluctant' to swing on the rings, use the uneven parallel bars etc...... geesh I can't imagine why??? But we put him thru his paces and he loved the trampoline and jumping into a pit with gobs of foam blocks.)
Must pack for FL. Hope I get back, but I'm on baby-watch again tonight. So no tellin'.....
Sharon, I'm glad you popped in again. We miss you when you need a break.

Hi Beach babes....
I have a new addiction - knitting afgan squares. It is really a good thing right now because it keeps my mind from wandering to that panic place. Also, mouth sores suck! How long b4 they go away!!! Arrrrgggghhhh......
-
Hey checkum! I'm so sorry about the mouth sores. They are the pits!!! I had sores in my throat too and was convinced that I had throat cancer!!!!!!!!!! Has your doc given you something for them? Sure glad to see you on the thread! I haven't had a chance to browse the beach yet.....good to see you!............and SHARON!!!! Miss ya'll when you're not here.
-
whew.........let's just sit and relax. It's been a long day!
-
Oh Checkum, so sorry for the mouth sores. They should start healing as your white counts rise. Are you using a salt/baking soda rinse to help heal them? Also, my onc prescribed something they called Magic Mouthwash (liquid benadry, malox, lidocaine) to help numbe the mouth so I could eat.
-
I have a special mouthwash -- at least it numbs them for a bit.
-
I am worried they won't heal b4 surgery --- hoping that they do
-
Ya - that must be the stuff my onc prescribed they mixed a bunch of stuff together and it does numb up my mouth
-
-
LOL - coonie ((((((HUGS)))))))
-
-
hehe lol checkum---I need to close my blinds. I didn't know you were outside
taking pictures of me
-
-
G'nite ladies --- going to swoosh my mouth and r-e-l-a-x
-
-
I always wonder how they time those cute animal pictures so well. My dog used to do cute stuff but I must be slow as Christmas and could never get it by camera.

Hey Beachies! It's my working weekend & I'm really tired. Not much time to be here. But Thinking of EVERYONE!
Checkum Sorry your mouth is Hurting so bad....it is so awful....that pain it's been 30 years but I don't think you ever forget the pain of those sores. I had them when I had Mono.
Spar I'm glad your furbaby is getting a little better each day!
Coonie.....if only the healing was that easy! LOL!
Jazz.....I'm hanging in thanks for thinking of me. You know the music I graduated with from the 80's my sons think is soooo OLD! : ) The funny thing is they are either playing or remaking songs from the 70's & 80's. They become big hits to dance to at the school dances & Then I have to tell them that was POPULAR when I was in school!!!!
Faith......I guess we are gonna have to make Bean Soup for a While! : ) I wish I was a Fly on the Wall at that Airport in FL tomorrow! ....but then again It might be to Hot for me in FL! LOL! I'm glad you get to HUG YOUR BEST LOVE!
Wings.....It's so good to see you come for a dip in the waters!
-
Wanna meet me down by the shore, for a sing-a-long?
Checkum, the big hugs are yours tonight. You, Footie & Dream...... well and Mary Lou........ ok, so everybody here can have a big hug, or give one, or both!!

It is late and hubby will be upset that I am still on puter. So will keep simple. Have progression in abdomen. Not really sure where - doc said thickening of walls.... CT scan refers to Kidney, Uter and bowel. Does not sound like fun. Am having ovaries radiated (one was "bulky") to permanently shut them down. Then changing hormone treatment from Tamoxifen to something else. Also will be in clinical trial re biophosphates.
I crochet. What size squares... have lots of wool. Who do I send to... can you pm the address?
