hi bex...i don't have any information for you but i am looking for the SAME information...i was diagnosed and it was hopefully all removed through masectomy...i am currently in chemo and will begin hormone therapy when it's over...the nutrition information i find is conflicting and confusing...share anything you find and i'll do the same!..for example...i've got flaxseed in my refrigerator that i was grinding and eating each day and someone told me to stop...then i read it was okay...

I am supposed to meet with a nutritionist who specializes in bc this week or next..I will let you know what she say.....I will take lost of notes...All I know right now is to avoid SOY like the plague.......And someone mentioned flaxseed but i don't remember if it was good for us or bad...Will find out soon....Hugs....Lucy

I am very interested in the flax seed question:  Good or bad.  The package says it can prevent estrogen driven BC, but other sources say it fuels it.  What to believe
