Need your help and guidance from your side as I have difference in statement from doctor,
Please find below detail Include medical report detail.
First Report from Department of Pathology
Specimen: - Lump in Left Breast, Measuring 3x2 cm whitish in colour.
Impression: - Infiltrating duct Carcinoma-Grade -II. & Her ER/PR/HER-2 came Triple negative.
And with the above result doctor decided to operate and remove complete left Breast and it was send for further study, and result was.
Specimen: - Left Breast with Lump & Level III axillary lymph nodes, measuring 20x12x3 cm. skin flap measuring 11x4 cm with nipple and areola. Site of previous excisional biopsy measuring 1x0.5 cm,
Impression:- Excised specimen of left breast-NO residual tumour-  No embolisation seen, base and resected margins are free of tumour separately send 6 lymph nodes are free of tumour.
Remark from doctor who operated her was 'No"  chemotherapy has to be given and we have keep check every 3 month till five year, than  I thought of speaking to a other doctor and taking advise from him, and as per the second doctor we should give chemotherapy.
As I was trying to study on net about cancer I came cross a web page in the name of breast cancer .org so I thought to writing and taking advise.
A Kind Request from my side to please help me as I an in confused state that if we should go for chemotherapy or no?

 Age: - 27 F Married, no past history in family 
Sir, Like to take opinion from your side, looking at above report would you suggest if we have to go for chemotherapy or not. I don't know what will be treatment for her at this stage,
 Need your advice on above.
