    Footie.......... SO glad to see you posting, even with your one-wing. Our prayers are always for your relieft, support and encouragement.

    Having techno-melt-down. Took 90 minutes to get on the web??? Don't have those 90 minutes to spend.

    Edited to add some dancing men for Footie. (Not sure I 'like' them all jigged up -- they were pretty inspirational with out the moving pecs. LOL but it's all I could find in a hurry.)

    My generation would be jiggling their beer guts and flapping their man boobs!!  If these guys are hangin' at the beach, I'm grabbing my bikini wax and joining them!

    the pictures are beautiful today.  It is suppose to get cold, rain/sleet/ice here tomorrow so I will be dreaming of our virtual beach, walking along in the sand dipping my toes in and feeling the sand slide out with the waves.  Enjoying the sunshine and all the people playing games and especially watching all the animals play.

    Foots, I am going to type out the directions you ask for yesterday and if anyone can add anything to make it easier chip in

    to get an avatar:

    Click on My home at the top of the page

    then click upload your own avatar, click browse

    find pictures on your computer and click that

    pick out which picture you want to use and double click it

    then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click save

    come back to the forum and refresh the page or log out and log back in and you should have it.

    Hope you can get you an avatar, a picture of you would be wonderful.  Hugs. love ya
