I'm currently transitioning from mostly vegetarian, by taste, not choice, into raw. This is GREAT news for me. I love cauliflower and sprout broccoli often. Looks like I'll get more of my favorite treats growing PRONTO!

Has anyone who has estrogen responsive breast cancer been warned to stay away from soy?

yes - especially producst like soy milk and tofu. My onc says some edamame once in a while is ok (but I dont). Flaxseed is also controversial so I dont eat that either - sigh.

Merilee--same here. I avoid soy completely as well as flaxseed since you can get the benefits of flaxseed from broccoli and several other vegetables. It's to the point that it's just easier to do my own baking.
