Swollen nodes after mastectomy and birth

I had a bilat mast a year ago and just gave birth 3 days ago. I noticed tonight that my nodes in the "healthy" breast are swollen/lumpy. Anyone have this happen to them or hear this can happen? I am not too worried as they were definitely not there last night but just curious...

    Congrats on your new baby! I'm confused on your question, though. You said you had a bilat mast, but the nodes in the healthy breast are swollen. Do you mean the nodes in the armpit on that side? Or did you have reconstruction, and the foob feels funny?
