Hey Beachie Babes!!!!!
HAPPY, HEALTHY, PEACE, LOVE AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2009 !!!!!!!!!!!
Though I have been so terribly busy...you are all in my thoughts...always my treasured sisters.
I am half way finished with my fills and the pain HAS begun!!! Oh, how I could use the warm sandy beach, cool drinks and with the company of you all! I am sure I missed so much....again LOTS to catch up on.
I pray a BLESSED NEW YEAR 2009 for ALL !!!! We know how precious life is and everyday is a blessing.
Much LUV.......................
-
Luv..that place is wonderful...
-
The day went well but last night dh came home with some really great tasting egg rolls. Yes of course I could have just had one!!!
Sigh, so today more exercise. I need a machine.
This looks like fun.
I think I'd wear a life jacket though.
-
WOW!! A LUV greeting........ oh, happy day.
Sharon, you be careful in that new contraption of yours. Life jacket sounds like a good plan!!
Today is children in the recording studio day. I'm crossing my fingers early. You never know what to expect. I have my camera recharging so I plan to document the "fun" for my blog. This means we're coming down the home stretch!!! These will be the last tracks to add to the collection. In a perfect world I'd like to get their contributions on 9 songs....... that's a whole lot to ask for little ones. We shall see. We have tomorrow afternoon as well.
Footie, I'm so glad to see you walking here on the beach with us, so regularly. I know that you have pain and concerns that are enormous. So glad that you are are able to come here and walk with us. Maybe Sharon will take you out for a spin in that rig up above??
To each and all have a great weekend. See ya later on today..............
Edited to add a picture, where everything is possible. Just look thru the frame:
-
Here's a view with a little more sun and a whole lot more encouragement:

Good morning Beach babes. I'm on the fast track this morning. I have to be up and out in a few minutes so minimal time to post. Julz, so sorry you got hit by the virus too. Am I the only one who believes in flu shots? Flu shots -- it does a body good.
I'll be back this afternoon after I get my errands done.
-
Sorry for all those with the flu. Here, rest and relax.
-
Sorry I have been MIA for so long..... The kids are on their way as I type so it's shower time for me. Just wanted to pop in and say hey.
(((((HUGS)))))
-
Nice to see you Mary-Lou. We'll have a chair waiting when you finally have time to sit back and relax.
-
Although a lot of us will be exercising..........
You know, the New Year and all........
-
And then a nice cold drink.
-
Jazz Babes I'm religious about my Flu Shot!!!
I have had it ever Year Since I was 30 years old. I work in a nursing home & have a heart murmur. So I don't mess with it. What I had was the Stomach roller coaster Ride! That's no fun at all. Then the mac truck comes along & makes you feel you got run over! Any way am feeling better today.
Mary Lou so good to Hear from you!!!! I'm glad all is well & your just in BUSY BUSY LAND!
Sharon those drinks look real good....only gingerale is on my menu. Of coarse if I had one of those I wouldn't remember how bad I was feeling! LOL!
-
As I look back over the posts I see Saint Has BIG reason's to do a Happy Dance! It's so Good to Start Out the New Year with POSITIVE VIBES!!! May it be Continuous through out the YEAR! FOR ALL!!!
SAINT get your Dancing Shoes On GIRL.....

We're having some stormy weather today, so this is what our beach would look like--

Hope you are feeling more like this real soon.
-
Where you been all day Checkum?
Actually, today we were at the funeral of a friend who passed away from b.c. Very sad but she was 81 so she did have a fulfulling life. Rotten disease.
Time for a drink on the beach.
Seems I'm always saying that.
-
Dearest JulZ.....
-
Just waiting to see how many more minutes of daylight we have before the sun sets....
-
I've actually been here........it's amazing.
-
My hubby dragged me out of the house today. I have been really tired from my last chemo - he wanted me to get out for a bit, which was good. Sorry to hear about your friend Sharon - yes this disease has a reality that sucks.
Well time to make some left overs - easy dinner tonite. -
We must stay strong and help each other along ,We must find love and pray to Our Father above.
We must aways fight and show a friend the light, We must show a smile or walk that extra mile.
We are going to win and this is were we begin. As beach buddies walking the same road, Caring the same load.
-
It's still a little stormy on my beach. But I found these colorful chairs to watch the clouds from.
Glad everybody is having a good day.
Foots- it's always good to see your footprints in the sand:) Hope your day was great!
Checkum - I know how you feel about getting out, especially during chemo months.
Sharon - sorry you had to attend a funeral today. Sit beside me in this chair and we'll just watch
the clouds roll by.
Faith must be working those poor little children to death!!!! They'll want to come to the beach
when they're done.
Julz so glad you're feeling better. I know your patients will be glad when Monday night gets here.
Luv I LOVE your pictures.....especially the heart made of birds....wow!
I wonder if Spar is still moving? Has anyone heard from her lately?
-
Amen Foot.
Sorry about feeling you crappy Checkum. Better days lie ahead. But for now......rest when you need to.
