she's just gotten interpretation from her scans and her treatment plan is WORKING!!!
they are seeing things 'shrink'

ok. just finished minute number 35 on elliptical. jazz: i do 'walk' it in 10 minute intervals..... at literally NO resistence yet..... just walking it is sufficient to break me into a sweat. DD showed me how and got me started. maybe someone at the club could 'supervise' you at the beginning??
supposedly it's very good/easy on the joints.
i think Sarah's fever has just broken!! that would be lovely............
now to go get WB outta bed.

I sure hope you don't end up with this nasty bug, Faith. Not with so much to do and vacation around the corner. Maybe you should stock up on some Tamiflu just in case. But I know you have to do what needs doing.

I have had one for several years, and used it at first, but now it is in an extra room collecting dust!! They are good for exercising indoors though. I just got bored, but I think if I had a tv in front of me while I walked, it would have been better.......helps pass the time away. Tell DH to get you one for 2009 !! -

Hey Sharon...I bet Faith can give you some good pointers on that machine. It sounds like she's got it down pat. I just don't like exercise.......there! period! But it does make me feel better when it do make the time for it.

Hi Beachy's I missed the fun Today! But I'm so Glad you All missed mine! I was wipped like that Baby above All Night & Day! When I was able to sleep & not wither with the crud as Faith Puts it! It's good to see Jazz's song & Debroyes smiles today, tonight!
