These plungers agree...
-
-
do we really have to excersize today?
-
Yes. Must exercise. Just blew away long happy post, cuz I went over to photobucket and it was nonresponsive???
Now must get my show on the road. Recording studio reserved today, Sat and Sun. Attempting to remain calm in the face of all that has to be done to finish this project by deadline.
Everyone exercise for me, while you're at it!!
Enjoy.
-
Yes Checkum....
-
Sheesh, here we go again. Pics not coming up.
Anyway, YES Checkum, we must exercise..........
-
Faith, if I get my exercises done I'll do a few extra for you. And since you are so busy I won't even mention the "S" word.
-
We can play frisbee.........
-
I promise to get my SLOTH self moving prior to studio departure....... PROMISE
-
This looks about my speed to get started. Slow, but steady wins the race, right??
-
It's cold here, too, this morning..... but our skiffy little snow's melted already:
(Some of you can pretend your over @ the Mountain Thread, I just can't multi-task. LOL)
-
I am already pooped!
-
Nope, I'm still gonna run....
Then some stretching.
-
Check, flying south won't help. It's teeth chattering cold down here as well. Have a wonderful day beachettes. I'll be back later with a song after I get the coffee started here.
-
Here's to a new day....
-
Maybe I'll just sit here today and watch you all exercise
Or.....maybe I can watch this little girl enjoy her day on the beach
-
ok.....maybe not. There goes Sharon walking doggus
I guess I better get off my butt too!! Heeelllooooo 2009!
-
I feel like Checkum's panda bear today
but I do have a treadmill, exercise bike and
a real bike! No excuses for being lazy today. I just had a bowl of grits for breakfast.
Does anyone else like grits?
-
I love exercise!!!! I can sit and think about it all day.
-
If I can just make every step Faith makes today, I'd probably burn
about 500 calories. Soooooooooooo .....I'm off to the races
-
Hey AlwaysHope that's what I've been doing all morning
I have good intentions........REALLY I do!!
OK.....for real.....I'm starting with push-ups.....so here goes
-
Alwayshope I think about exercise a lot too. I want dh to get me a treadmill. Do any of you who have one use it consistantly? I feel if it was inside I'd use it. Unlike walking on the ice and snow on the street. That's all I need to do is fall.
I'm so discourgaed with my slothness.
And I eat like a pig.
Even a pig has more spunk than I do.
-
Ahhh, now we're talkin'
-
I use the treadmills at our local community center. You can pay as you go there so no wasted money for a long contract. I also prefer to walk inside. For one, its alot safer. If you have trouble there is someone there to get help for you.
-
Thanks for the tip Always.
Darnit, another pic didn't post.
-
I've worked out enough.
-
Oh Sharon.....pretty avatar. What happened to the pooch? I like flowers too!
You would be so proud of me. I rode my bicycle for 12 minutes (around the neighborhood)
and walked for 21 minutes (around the neighborhood) and......I've been scrubbing my back
porch and carport. I'm TRYING to stay active today, but always in the back of my mind is this.....
OR....this
but I need to have this
-
ok........ recording session complete for today..... we have to break this down into bite-size pieces, cuz "mixing" takes fresh ears.
i'm over in BabyTown..... DD Sarah down for the count now -- da babeez nearly healthy & mommy takes a nose dive.
they are all napping -- so i'm here to use the eliptical machine while they snooze.
back after another couple of laps
Coonie you get the prize for the day!! whoooooohooooooooooo
-
So sorry to hear about dd. I'm impressed that you can do the elliptical trainer. I've tried those at the community center and thought I was having a heart attack after 3 minutes. Then I saw a lady who looked to be late 60's hop on after me and go to town. How sad is that? There must be a secret that I don't know. :-)
-
Coonie, good for you girl. All I did was walk the doggus and a bit of housework. I'm trying to convince dh I need some kind of exercise equip. With the winter weather here walking outside with any degree of consistency is hazardous. All I need to do is fall on my LE arm or break something. I think my bones are kind of so-so at best.
I'll share that flippin pizza with you.
The flower is the Rose of Sharon.
Where do you live Coonie. Sounds like better weather than here.
