The gift of a donation

To our cherished Community Members,

You are the heart of Breastcancer.org and the reason why we exist.

Yet, sadly, Breastcancer.org has been hit hard by the economic decline. We know that we are not alone with this and that many of you have also been negatively impacted.

Like other nonprofits, we’ve experienced a steep drop in donations, and we’re doing everything we can to find other ways to raise the needed funds.

However, we need your help.

In order to continue to keep the services, support, information, and community free-of-charge to those who need it the most, we’re looking for your support. We want to keep supporting you, so we are asking you to support us.

We understand that you need to make choices about giving this year, but please take a moment to think about what this site and this Community gives to you and the ones you love.

The value of our Community is difficult to quantify, as it lies in the emotional support and answers to your questions when you need them the most. But you know in your hearts how invaluable this support can be and how much you rely on it.

A donation of any amount is vital – every little bit helps! Imagine if all 44,000 registered members were able to donate $5.00! That would immediately raise $220,000 to support Breastcancer.org and our Community.

Give a donation as present to another cyber-sister or -brother, a group of Community friends, or a friend or support person who has helped you. Or, ask your friends and family this holiday season to support something that’s important to you.  Be creative with your giving!
