8-Letter Word Game

Except when she tried the first one on she looked like a PREDATOR because in fact the first outfit was real fur.............from a grizzly bear. She dare not venture out onto the iceberg dressed like that.
LOLOL, edit to say........Polar Bear.
-
Whoops, took too long and now my word likely doesn't work.
-
The audience laughed so hard some of them had to be put in TRACTION. It was NOT a good day.
-
But as they were laughing they tripped over their dresses and ended up trying to find where their teeth landed. They were found later hanging from a CARNATION bouquet. Ooops, 1 letter too many..oh well
-
And because of all the hoopla and arrests the whole event was televised on the NATIONAL news. Much to the embarrassment of all involved. It was just not the same at the White House parties after that.
-
Any RATIONAL person would have turned off their TV and walked away. It was such a crazy show.
-
Well after that all T.V. was RATIONED anyway so it was a bit of a moot point. We sure did miss those parties though. But instead, we took up knitting.
-
So, Stephany and Rosarian felt humiliated, but they still liked each other. Was Rosarian going to be accepted into college / medical research/medical school with notoriety like that? He didn't want to be out of school for the DURATION of the school year.
-
While deep in thought, Rosarian felt his talons lose TRACTION on the slippery floor. He fell to the ground, landing on his beautiful tail feathers.
-
WELL, they weren't all that beautiful was the REACTION from all the other birds. Alas, his tail feathers had fallen out........he was molting.........
-
Only a FRACTION of his feathers were left. But he was used to be ostracized for how he looked, being a cross-breed.
-
Oh how much he wanted to become a princess. But that would have caused too much FRICTION in the royal family.
-
Alas, the royals had over-inflated NOTIONS of self importance...
-
off friction
But Rosarian was the only one of his generation that knew his mother, the pheasant, was of royal blood. He decided to play some music, but found his hard drive had a case of STICTION so he got out his trusty iPod.
-
But the battery had no power so he tuned in to one the radio STATIONS only to find out his lineage was not as grand as he'd first thought. It was headline news. His mother in fact was a gorilla.
-
Rosarian thought it was a good idea to SANCTION his gorilla mother because she wasn't feeding him enough and chased her up a tree.
-
But she was impossible to tree and after much debate they decided to put her in a STANTION. But once again the animal rights activists got involved and a darned good thing. It was they who discovered the mistake. His mother gorilla really did have royal blood. Who'd have thought?
-
As the days and nights wore on the mother gorilla was really angry with her CREATION..the little brat tried to chase her up the tree. She decided becase she was of royal blood she would get even with her brat and turn him over to the authorities which she did and upset the animal rights activists.
-
But because he wanted to become a princess...........they waived his penalty. Simply put, he was a CREATION of a fluke of nature. And so they crowned him princess with a lovely feathered, diamond studded tiara. It was a proud moment for the whole family.
Edit to say...........I duplicated.
Edit to say again.........MAN, I must be asleep at the switch. It was such a good work Klp. hehehe.
-
You used my word Sharon...that's not original
LOL
-
Well, there goes the feathered, diamond studded tiara.
-
Mine is boldy highlighted.........does that count? Hehehe.
-
It counts only in tiddley-winks and horseshoes
-
I think both of us are asleep at the switch...I didn't see that you tried to edit awhile back...what now?
-
Well, we go back to your creation and don't feel bad about him not becoming princess!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
I only edited after you pointed it out. I'm not that sharp klp
-
Still I feel bad about the tiara LMAO.
-
Ok I won't...if he wants to become a she hope he has enough dough for the operation..heehee. So it is your turn to make something out of CREATION or anyone else that wants to give it a go
-
I better start looking back over each entry..I'm catching stuff too late..my bad
-
LOLOL, I'm trying!!!!!!!!!!
