Progress, right? Will keep the others in line, just get a really big purse. I'll bring some snacks for everyone.
Julz. What up-beat pics tonight. Thanks.
Spar. You've always got great images. Loved the striped towels.
Sharon. Thanks for the delicious spread @ lunch-time. PERFECT. (You're seriously a pro, now.) Think how much progress you've made in a few days!!
Lisa. I love those birds you've captured. I don't think I've ever encountered them in my travels. thanks.
Dream. I appreciate that you wave on your way down the shore.
Footie. Pouring you some lemonade. Or do you want something warm.
All the others who've walked further in-land, I certainly agree, we miss you!!...... sure hope you'll stop in over the holidays and have a quick splash with us, and maybe some cookies.
LC and mum, hurry back and let's get acquainted!

Oh this weeks writing was really good. I will post it tomorrow. I dont want to dig for it now as it would wake my sleeping hubby.
-
Dream, will be looking forward to seeing what you wrote.
Mary-Lou I am not going to be quite in your purse, I am going to be yelling and celebrating yea, the ports coming out and throwing out glittered stars. Julz will probably duct tape my mouth.
we all chipped in and bought you this hmmmm unusual purse. We have it loaded with wine, cheese, grapes, and chocolate and we have an opening at the top to stick out our hands and hold yours. We will be with you and you will be fine.
Love all the pictures today
hugs for all and all for hugs. nite nite

Mary Lou
Hey ladies, server boy is MINE! Though I'm not sure what I'd do with him.
Perhaps he does housework.
-
Well, I have to post some mountain stuff on the beach since I am mixed up today so here goes. Join me on a trip to Lake Tahoe.
It is a beautiful place. I need to go have a cup of coffee and turn my brain around and will be back
Decided to just turn my whole self around. Everyone have a great day.

I couldn't figure out how to post in the same box with the picture. But.....I actually did see a wedding on the beach once.... at Laguna Beach. I thought it was so beautiful.
-
An angel over the beach.
-
LC!!!!!!!! You did it!!! Now ya just have to figure out how to 'size' it so it doesn't make the page size go wack doodle.
Congrats and a BIG welcome.
It's not a prerequisite to be able to post here -- it just adds to everyone's fun.
We saw gazillions of weddings on our trip to Aruba this summer. FUN.
Mary Lou..... I'm thinkin' of you!! Bet you're in recovery already.
We almost got in trouble, in that wild purse Spar found!
Sharon.... Now you've got an avatar and can post like a pro. Next thing we know you'll be putting up YouTube clips!
Dream. Eager to read your latest writing exercise.
Julz. Fun morning, wasn't it? Chat chat chat.
Everyone needs to get on FACEBOOK, too.... so we can have a beach chat!
Lisa. I have a genuine question for you. Maybe I should PM.... I don't know how to 'store' pics. What do you do? I think I've just about burnt up my laptop's memory, with all my pics????? Now what???
I'm sure I'm missing folks.
Footie. Sending you love and hugs.....
Thanks everybody for continuing to post for Norm over @ 5 Angels. I know it means the world to him.
Time for some exercise and then a movie tonight!!
Edited in an effort to spell a few more words correctly. LOL
-
Faith, you can buy those little things you stick in the computer for about 20 bucks at walmart and they store like over 1000 pictures on them, then you can delete them from your computer and plug the thingy back in when you want them. LOL. I know it doesn't make much sense and I can't think of the name but I know someone in electronics will be able to help you. Or store them on photobucket or webshots so it doesn't take up your computer space on your disc, it is on the web instead.
hopeing everyone is having a good day on the beach while we are with Mary-Lou. I have ate so much chocolate and drank so much wine in that purse and you should have seen Julz trying to pole dance on the elevator door with people trying to push past her and then she started singing at the top of her lungs and THAT got everyones attention and we all started dancing, even the drs. and nurses. Yep, it was fun and Mary-Lou woke up with a grin on her face. Whether it was us or the drugs I don't know.
-
YUP! We're the loopiest!!!
But I'd put our value at more than two dollars and fifty cents....LOL!!
Will check into the digital storage-thingy. Thanks pal.
-
Faith and Friends, Thanks for the hugs, I would love to eat somemores and hot chocolate by the fireplace with all my friend, I got caught in a rain storm this morning and now the sun is out. God bless all of the wonderful beach friends. Keep love in your heart and peace in your mind. Take care, Debbie
-
faith, i think what spar means is "flash drives". They are about the size of a BIC lighter and come in different amounts of storage. Very handy!
-
Hey spar, how does one post moving pics?
-
CELIA!!! I love to see a post from you. Just seeing your name lights up my attitude!
Sharon, I think if it's a 'moving' pic to begin with, when you post it -- it moves: voila!
-
I know that this is gonna sound goofy to those of you who picture me as a quasi-professional/capable person. But here goes anyway........
It's been nagging in my brain that it was time to get my mamo scheduled, AGAIN. Anyhow, with all my running around, I kept making excuses for not taking the time to schedule it.
Drum roll please................. I put on my big girl panties and made the call.
I just got it scheduled!! And they can get me in 'right on time' for when it's 6 months (in a mere two weeks.) So I'm letting out a big sigh. Getting it on the calendar is somehow, the first big challenge for my swiss cheese brain's efficiency.
OK. I also got my dentist appointment scheduled. What fun, this acting like an adult.
Now I'm eager to hear from Mary Lou................ more thinking of you.
Sending you some good cheer:
Sharon, these little creatures were jumping before I found them....and they keep jumping after I post them. Cool, huh?
-
Big girl appts. suck. Woops, wrong board
. Back to la la land.
-
Celia...well hi there..great to see you if only for a second...
Faith..I use a back up hard drive..you can get them with VERY big
memories...and they are portable...the new ones are only about 4''X6"
-
Lisa, this is for you. You love flowers I suspect and I love lavender.
-
Sharon..you guessed right, I do love it and I love lavender really love it...
-
hi faith, socal, and everyone,
I am still here, all you have to do is call my name!!
Faith, it is hard to think of you as having "swiss cheese brain" as i get exhausted just hearing about all that you do every day. But if you insist on saying you have "swiss cheese brain", then i just have to give you appropriate presents for YOUR BIRTHDAY TOMORROW, 12/13!!!!!!!! Do you hear that everyone? Faithy's birthday!!!
I have found a lovely ensemble for you Faith---
And the best part of all .....the purse---
I just love the brain purse. This way you can always be sure to have your brain with you!!! I really need one like this!! I hope you like everything!
See you on your birthday tomorrow!!! Hugs!!!!!
-
One more gift for Faith's Birthday--- a new guitar to play for the kids
-
hi socal, always nice to see you too. I brought you some roses from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods.
-
Faith?????????? A birthday??
-
-
-
WOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!
A designer swiss cheese ensemble -- complete with guitar!!!
i'm just literally 'a-float' with giggles and smiles.
Celia, only you could come up with a tribute of those wholy-gargantuan proportions.
And sand writing AND a cupcake!! thanks buddies!
And it's still my last day of being faithandfiftyONE......
blink your eyes and it'll be faithandfiftyTWO..... just didn't want to have to figure out how to retool every year..... with your permission i will forever and always remain faithandfifty (when i launched my BC journey)
on second thought maybe i'll roll it over every decade, next up faithandsixty!!
thanks beachies!
-
Faith, I joined as Sharon50 and was always regretful I changed........and now I'm older than Sharon51. Stay as you are sweet friend.
