Wanted to say how much I like Santa! I'm awake now...LOL

Thank you for the welcome julz. Sorry I missed the party last night. I'm embarrassed to say I have no idea how to post pics so couldn't have brought anything anyway.
Today better be warmer as I intend to lie in the sun (haven't done that for years) and simply soak in the energy. You'd break a toe in the sand here this morning......it's pretty cold. I intend to go to a VERY warm beach to have my tea.
Off I go........where did I put those new flip flops?
-
-
Mary-Lou, how sweet, thankyou. Would you like to join me? Still pretty chilly before the sun comes up but I know it will dawn clear and the waters warm.
-
Hi beachie bunnies......... looks like we're starting early today!! Awesome.
It looks like Mary Lou's caught up with Cabana-Santa:
This is just how I picture the beach this morning.
-
Is that you Julz? Weren't you just describing a poinsettia tree?

Welcome, welcome Sharon..... so glad that you're sticking around.
Wonder who else would like to join us on the beach? Regularly or periodically?
-

HO HO HO! Santas been busy.....
He rounded up A lot of Cabana Elfs this Morning!!!!
Girls I'm posting this in the morning so you can............
Sleep peacefully tonight! LOL!
-
Yes Faith that's the kind of tree I was talking about......But the one I was standing in front of was at a Hospital not in front of a Yummy Dairy Queen!!!! LOL! They have one of those trees at our local hospital every year in the Lobby! Soooo Pretty!
Sharon I think there is a place here at BCO.org to learn how to post pics....That said just providing an idea for Fun in the Sun, or bringing any concerns or support you or your family & friends are having is most welcome here. It's a place to relax, support & have a splashing good time! You need not have pics to stay & participate. You never know what we might surprize you with if you give us an idea! LOL!

-
I'll check out the pic post on bc.org Julz but I'm not a very good learner.
LOVE the Cabana Santas..........theres an image worth keeping. Cripes....but I wouldn't know what to do with any of them. Do they do housework?
-
Okay julz, I'm afraid I will need a little more instructions than that. I found the "tree" though. But could go no further. Does one need to have a camera to do this? We have one but we've newly moved and I have yet to find it. Hated the darned thing anyway. Perhaps I'll just kick back and enjoy all your photos. They are beautiful. Cabana boy..........another cup of tea please.
-
Sharon ~ this is what I do for finding a picture I want. I go to a search engine. Photobucket or just google something I am trying to create. So lets say you want a "Santa" type it in go to your top left corner & find the word images & right click your mouse. Then you should see a bunch of Santas. Find the one you want & right click on it. Then you will see the image come up in a small heading in the top portion of the computer screen. Either right click on the picture you picked in the screen or there usually is words beside that pic that say 'See full size image' you can click on either one. When the pic you selected comes up just by itself go up to the top of your computer screen again. Go to the WEB ADDRESS (the http://, thingy at the top). Use the mouse to highlight the address. When the address is highlighted LEFT CLICK on the mouse. A box should come down that says......cut....copy....paste.....delete. Scroll down RIGHT CLICK on copy. Then come back to where you are posting. This is where you want to click on the TREE. When you click the tree a box will come up. At the top of the box is a place that says Image URL in that box you want to RIGHT CLICK then LEFT CLICK. Scroll down RIGHT CLICK PASTE. To complete this go to the lower left corner of the box & RIGHT CLICK INSERT. Your picture should come up in the Box. Now sometimes the pics are way to big so the image is not easily seen without Sliding the screen around to see it all. If this happens click on the pic before you post it. You will see little white boxes on the corners of the pic. When these show up go back up to the tree & click on it again. The same box as before will come up. In this box is a place that says Dimensions. It has 2 boxes beside the word with a X in between the 2 boxes. In each box if you change the numbers to 500 X 500. Then click on the Insert button again it should change the size of the picture. If you want to make it smaller than that, make your numbers smaller. Sometime doing this will make a picture look funny. You might have to make your numbers 300 X 500 or 500 X 300 (this is an example). To make the picture the way you saw it.
I hope this Helps. If you need any other Help let me Know! Happy picturing. Julz

What glorious pictures posted while I have been gone. Julz of the beach thank you for showing Sharon how to do the pictures but of course she is welcome just to post words. Everyone seems to be having a good time. I am ready for my walk on the beach. Please follow me when you get the time.
Just haven't figured out which way to go yet
Saw this little girl, she had found a treasure in the water
this was really weird, a toy horse on drift wood.
got tired and found this neat place to sit and catch my breath. Hope all has a good afternoon
-
Julz, your explanation is resounding in my head. I'm reading and rereading it in hopes that I can actually do it!!! Bear with me. I'll get it.........at some point. And when I do.......look out cause you'll have created a monster.......lololol.
-
Here goes.
Didn't work
-
-
OMG........I did it thanks to you Julz..........but for the life of me I don't know how I did.
Anyway, this is a beach in Cape Breton. N.S. One of may favs. Oh Julz.........you are a wonder.
-
How do I make it a little larger?
-
Trying again.
-
Oh Julz, you've made a monster out of me. I'm still trying to figure out how this is working. I'm amazed. This is another beach in Nova Scotia. I love all beaches there.
