    I'm so sick of broccoli and brussel sprouts!  Have decided to learn how to juice.  Great info, though CP418.

    Ugh.  I can't imagine juicing brussle sprouts. Brocolli stalks, though.  There is a supplement - can't recall what it's called but will post back if I come across it.

    Maeve;

    There is a marvelous supplement by a company called Xymogen called Oncoplex which is capsules of broccoli sprout extract---so it's really concentrated and you don't even have to eat broccoli!

    I3C-indole 3 carbonol is a substitute for broccoli. Lots of info out there and other threads here about the benefits of I3C. I am getting my estrogen levels checked tomorrow after 6 months on I3C. I will let you all know if it made a difference.

    thanks ladies for the info on Oncoplex and I3C-indole supplements, just wondered if these are fine for us ER+ girls - soya free etc?   Would be so interested to hear how you got on vivre with your estrogen check!  Thanks so much
