Breast Cleanse
They have a gut cleanse, a colon cleanse, a lung cleanse, and things to help detox the liver. How can you do a breast cleanse? Maybe a nutty question. But after hearing two breast surgeons say I have so much garbage in my breast--debri filled cysts, cysts...I wish there were a cleanse for the breast.
What exactly is all the "garbage" in my breasts?

I also have cysts with debis. The radiologist called them floaters. I take it to mean that my cysts are not clear fluid, but have dead cells in them, hopefully caused by the chemo. Any other ideas?

It makes sense to me that we want our lymph system to keep things moving along. The only hesitation I have is in looking at some other videos showing how to do 'manual lymph drainage' massage, and it looks quite a bit different.
