LIFE'S A BEACH!

It's Sat. I've uncoiled from the fetal position and am about to open the doors for the invasion of WB & da babeez!! (They have to vacate their house for some winter-i-zing about to be done.)
When will I get ready for my Chicago adventure? Leave here first thing Mon a.m.
I have some gobble, gobble in my site. Staying here and let folks come to us, this year!
What are the rest of you planning? Can't wait to learn Turkey-on-the-beach recipees.
I'm setting up this chair, for whoever follows next...... Type A, Type B, Type X, Y, Z.
-
I will take that seat! I have been busy with the grand babies.
Not enough time to come to the beach. Hope all are
having a wonderful week end. It is beautiful here in Va. Even
had the window open last night.
I think the weather report said 34 is the high for tomorrow.
Wow, we will be sick for sure.
-
how gorgous is that, Mary Lou? how did you do that? Jasmine used to explain all things tech to me. i miss you J-girl!!
our babeez just left -- house a tornado in a couple of short hours: LOL
must work on Chicago & laundry...............
-
Hi everybody.... how are you. Let me shake the sand outta my flip flops.... Its getting kinda cold and raining to keep wearing them. However, can wear them around the house instead of slippers. Hubby hates that slap slap sound. I should buy more pairs.
My friend bought tix to see The Sound of Music.... the one where they had the sing off to find the New Maria. My daughter is taking me to Intrigue. This was the book she bought for me when I was in the hospital. I fell asleep and she started reading and took the book home with her. So I got it back and the movie comes out in 2 weeks. I am already halfway through the sequel (new moon).
Zee boys want the computer so I will go online few a few minutes just to tease them.
-
gonna take my chair in for the evening. what a gorgous sundown, just over the palms and past the lagoon. hugs up and down the beach: A to Z and back again.
-
There's LOTS of room on the beach these days for new friends to join the fun..........
Hope that you're willing to put your toes in the water:
-
Good Morning Beachettes....

Hey Julz..... from birthday to surgery -- all in the scope of a long weekend! Whew. Makes my travels look like a breeze. Will be sending you all kinds of prayers, wishes, blessings and all the rest for a divinely-guided surgery and a speedy quick recovery. Be well. Be strong.
I've set up a quiet corner for your recooperation. Lots of yellow sunshine to surround you:
-
Faith, I didn't do that one. It was in the photo-bucket file. Talking about the house being turned upside down with the grand babies....I know all to well what that is like.
The toy box was hit about 2 minutes after they hit the front door, didn't even care mom and daddy were leaving.
I have a grand mothers motto...Love um up, sugar um up, send them home! LMAO
I made this below for all my beach friends.
-
Hi Faith and Friends, It looks like you need a beach party for all the neat people on this line to know how special they are. DEAR FRIENDS, YOU ARE INVITED TO A BLEACH PARTY FOR THE SPECIAL

Spoke with Julz this morning, they may let her out of the hospital this afternoon. Am so very thankful that she will be ok. She had a rough time after with vomiting but is ok now. YEA! Jumping for joy
-
Julz had bought a new $1000 dollar purse and all her friends were in it drinking wine, eating chocolate, talking and laughing to pass the time, when she needed us or was throwing up one of us would stick our hand out the opening and hold her hand tightly until she could make it on her own again. We got along really well in such a tight space and we had fun and annoyed Julz's DH to no end. He was upset cause we didn't share our chocolate with him but I did hold up some change for him to take from my hand so he could get his own. We did pass him up a glass of asti spumante so he was happy too. When we found out she was going to be ok we all jumped out and ran around the waiting room screaming for joy until her DH made us get back into the roomy expensive purse.
-
I'm so glad all went well Julz. We have snow today, so I bet you do to. Not the best weather for the beach.
LOL, faith...we do have snow on our beach in Va. I would love to see it in the winter. What a trip that would be, and cheap ...
