My big sister passed away in May08 aged 47 and boy do I miss her. I am also scared. I have seen her die from this awful disease and also my mum and Aunty have it but they are still surviving.

I have yearly mammograms and have started watching what I eat and starting to exercise more and drop some weight off.  What else can I do?

I miss my sister dreadfully every day I ache for her.  She will miss her two beautiful daughters grow up, they are 11 and 13.

I want to do more what else can I do? Help?

I'm so sorry about your sister.  I can relate as I also lost my big sister to breast cancer.  I understand how hard it is, how you miss your sister so much it aches and the fact that she will miss watching her children grow up.  I've tried to be there for my sisters girls, just doing things with them, being there if they need someone to talk to, etc.  It's a hard situation for everyone involved.

I'm glad that you have your yearly mammograms....so many don't!

I'm sure you will hear from others on the message boards!  Your in my thoughts.
