Bariatrics--any opinions?

I  need to lose 15-20 lbs and my friends both were successful with bariatrics.  However, I do not want to take more pills and drugs.  Any input about this diet plan?

    I'm not sure what you mean. The only "bariatrics" I know of are the bariatric surgeries, which would never be done for 20 pounds.

    Can you tell me more?

    I am talking about the Bariatrics weight loss clinics. They are not medically based although they have a "doctor" on staff--no surgery, just pills and diet involved
