    I headed out early this morning to go to see my PCP in Coronado at the base

    The sun was shining when I left...but the moon was still around..

    When I got to the beach..it was all fogged in...one lone bird met me there..

     

    so I went to my favorite little park and lots of roses were perked up for me..

    I also noticed some things floating by...

    Anyhow I did see my doc..then went to the base exchange and commissary to fill up my kitchen...Now I have to put everything away...

    Beachie Bunnies..... I'm all bundled up for my early morning walk w/my neighbor buddie. It's only 33 degrees outside!! Geeeeeeesh. FL was in the mid-80's a couple days back. I'm not ready for this sort of transition.

    My music visit is to Children's Hospital's childcare today..... then PT.

    Won't get back to the beach till much later. Just in time for the big humpday buffet. (Let your imaginations go wild.)

    the beach...for real....

    I went to Pt. Loma

    And this little bird greeted me..

    I saw this surfer...hard to get his picture...but I got a little

    and I saw a sea anenome...

    Lots going on down there today..

    Had to get back home shucks...

    WOWOWOW. Lisa those shots are just incredible. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I think the sea anemone is just truly amazing. I don't think I've ever seen one: "au natural."

    Speaking of au natural, Mary Lou, I like the dessert you've provided for our buffet.

    Goodevening fellow beach goers.  It has been a very busy day and I had proof today that I am not smarter than a 5th grader, went to my grandson's academic question and answers, I didn't know any of them and he did.  I was amazed.  The inservice to get my check ended up lasting nearly 2 hours and was nearly late.  Hope all has had a good day.
