worried too

I feel bad bugging you all with my worries, but I wanted to ask some experts so....

For about 2 weeks I've had pain- sometimes sharp/shooting in my R breast.  It seems a little swollen to me- my bra left marks in the skin yesterday.  Seems fuller to me also.  The only real change in skin is a small bruise like area (maybe size of pencil eraser) that appeared maybe 1 month ago and a couple new stretch like marks near that spot.  I try not to think about it- but the pain seems to make that impossible.  Didn't know if this warranted a trip to the GYN or not.
