I know that some women have after-effects from their surgery long after their surgery is done.  So hopefully that's all that's going on with you.  But, with any change in your breast, you definitely should get it checked out.  Since you are less than one year since your diagnosis, are you still being followed by your surgeon?  If so, he or she would be my first choice of who to go to.  Otherwise, if it's your oncologist who is doing your follow-ups, then that's the person to see.

I'm with Beesie.  It's probably nothing, but best to get it checked out.  I was diagnosed with DCIS in August 2007 and had two lumpectomies and radiation.  I am still feeling occasional (and seemingly "new") discomfort and mild pain.  I talked to my radiation doc about it recently, and she told me that it is not at all unusual.  But it's probably still a good idea to talk to one of your own docs about it.
