Sara Evans was her name....
-
Did anyone see Sara Evans in GMA this morning? She was there with her new husband. Goodness, am I the only one who thinks she moved on really, really soon. I still remember all her drama at DWTS. Oh well, I wish her the best.
It seems this season has been filled with injuries. La Lucci sprained her ankle, Lance broke a toe, and Derek hit his head and was unconscious.
-
They need to set up a MASH unit on that show! I was expecting an elimination, but this makes sense. Rocco wouldn't make it much farther, but it is ludicrous for Cloris to just vamp around the floor. When I'M 82 and dancing on the show, I plan to win!!!
-
Sara got married again! I thought she had worked things out with her husband....Wow, I'm out of touch for sure.
I will have to look that up. I will try to find a link.
Pansy ~ I will vote for ya!
-
Found the link! Wow, I think she has a winner there.

Thanks for the link! There were two years between the divorce and the new marriage. I love that the marriage counselor set them up~~~hope it works!
Mary-Lou, my name is hyphenated, too~~~but it's been a life-long struggle!!! DMV and Social Security can't/.won't get it right!!
-
Pansy you are so funny! I will vote for you too. But please, don't flip you wig. LOL
-
Pansy ~ My name doesn't have a hyphen LOL I just had to put it that way for the sign up. I tried a star and it didn't pass....
-
How could I have forgotten Sara Evans!!! I saw her at a George Strait country jam in Columbia about 7 yrs ago! Her name just escaped me yesterday.
I don't get a chance to see the results show since I put my digital converter box on the TV. My hubby wants me to tape NCIS on Tuesday nights and I have to tape the channel I am watching
. If I want to watch the show why would I be taping it? Because I watch the shows I tape for him, he will pull out of me what happened then not want to watch it. I have to catch up the next day on what happened on DTWS.

So no one went home but it would have been Rocco. Again, Cloris is safe! They're adding last week's scores to next week's scores so they'll still count. I really think that DWTS needs a format like So You Think You Can Dance. For the first so many episodes (is it half?) the judges have the final say on who goes home and then it's just the public that has a say. This way someone like Cloris can't stay week after week when they're obviously not up to the job.
-
I think the most improved this week has been Cloris and La Lucci? Wow for Dereck and Brooke's Samba...hot, hot, hot! Lenie thinks it was too erotic!
-
Yes, it was a pretty good week this time around. I was on the phone with my mom and just caught bits and pieces.
-
The judges are letting us know which their choices are! hmmmmmm.......
I'm keeping La Lucci on;she's a gutsy little broad!
-
I have to admit La Lucci is surprising me. She is so graceful!
-
I couldn't believe how well that Cloris danced when she got rid of the gimicks, I almost like her style now, but I still don't think that she will last much longer.
I still like Warren Sap, even though he is a large man, he has some good moves.
I also caught bits and pieces of it, my son called in the middle of the show and said that his flight plans had changed and he is coming home today instead of Saturday for 3 weeks, so I was busy cleaning!

I cannot believe how wonderful those children danced tonight. totally amazing.
-
Spar ~ that avatar is to cute! Well she made it another week...Guess the nursing home gang is staying up late these days. Or maybe they do like I do, nap before ...LOL
-
ODY ~ Where are you?????
-
Good morning friends. No surprise Rocco was sent home. He tried and was such a good sport. I loved seeing his mom there cheering him on...priceless.
MaryLou - I watched but didn't have a chance to post. What is it with man on that show...they feel a need to take off their shirts? I was not impressed with the group of male dancers (can't remember their name). I kept looking at their chest and not noticing the dancing...LOL
Sheila - I like Warren too. He has such charisma and always makes me smile with his facial expressions. And, he has rhythm!
Spar - I take it you like mm's. Cute avatar. Yes, the kids were adorable and so good. They look like professional dancers. Nice to see them getting involved in dancing at such a young age.
-
I too was pleasantly surprised by Cloris. This was one week when she didn't deserve to go home. The right person left. I still love Warren but am warming up to Lance and I love Lacey from when she was on So You Think You Can Dance.
Brooke, as always, was great.
-
Yep, love m&m's thanks.
I still think Cloris should go home soon
I too love lacey, she has spunk. Its pretty good show this year.
-
Tonight was different, I liked it. But it is so long.
-
Toni is not living up to early promise, nor is Susan, who's getting my votes, eating anything yet!!!
Lance & Lacey are being targeted, I think~~he did so much better than that score!!
The Houghs are just a joy to watch!!
-
Last night's show was different. I thought that Lance and Lacey did better than the scores they got from the judges. I agree with Len on Susan's dancing, she was like a china doll afraid that she would get chipped. She seemed to be so stiff while she was dancing. Cloris did ok but I think it is time for her to go home.
I also like watching the Houghs and how they seem to be trying to outdo each other. I really enjoyed both of their jitter-bug routines.

I thought Lance was great; how could he get the same score as Cloris! And what about Warren. He rocked. The Houghs are amazing and an absolute joy to watch. Talk about sibling rivalry. Please, please send Cloris home and put us out of our misery. I think Corky bothers me even more than she does with his over the top vamping. I think he just does it to take the attention off her lack of dancing skills but it's annoying.
-
I agree Lance was good but the score was too low. What were the judges thinking?
Yes, Cloris has to go tonight. She has done good for her age but the competition is getting tougher and she won't be able to keep up. It's not fair to the other contestants. La Lucci has a fractured foot. I wonder if she will exit early?
BTW - I was very disappointed with the Salsa dancing last night. I didn't see enough hip or foot work. Oh well, they tried.
-
What a crock!!! MY DH says it so clear whom the judges prefer.........Poor Toni!
I didn't think either Maurice or Warren were living up to their potential, and certainly don't move as well as Lance.
Cloris, babe I admire your grit, but if you want admiration, you have to work harder! You are getting votes from somewhere, but I expected you to be gone the first week!
-
I'm very turned off by the voting this week. Cloris needs to go.
-
Cloris wasn't in the bottom two??? Come on. This is so unfair. I can't believe the judges had Lance tied for bottom with Cloris. He was better than Toni and Susan. If it wasn't Cloris going home then it had to be Toni or Susan but it really should have been Cloris. She has way too big of a fan base.
I think the show will lose credibility if she goes on much further. Like I said in an earlier post I think DWTS should adopt the same system as So You Think You Can Dance. The public decides who the bottom contenders are and the judges decide who in that group will go home for the first half of the season. From then on it is strictly votes that determine who goes. This way sentiment doesn't keep someone like Cloris in.
