Are You Ready For Some Football:

I just read that hottie Jason Taylor is injured... emergency surgery! Man, they are dropping down like flies!!!!!!!! I hope all of the injured players feel better and are up and running soon.
Any Tony Romo fans?!
-
Im working today so will miss most of the games. Luckily Da Bears are on tonight! We are playing the Eagles! Im sure this will be another 2 hours of cardiac moments.
Good luck to all your teams.

Will you indulge me while I have a college football moment? My beloved Gators lost Saturday to Ole Miss, of all teams--and at home in the Swamp! The ultimate degradation. I started cheering for any ranked team so we wouldn't fall so far in the polls, but it didn't work. Big sigh...we went from #4 to #12. Oh, well...life goes on.
On to NFL...I see Broadway Brett is finally earning his (gargantuan) salary for the Jets! My Jags won, too. Getting ready to watch some of the Dallas/DC game, but I'll have to get ready for work during commercials--it's 5:15 a.m. here.
I think I should be allowed to take Mondays off with pay during football season. ;-)

I am so disappointed with my Bengals. I will route for them no matter how bad they get but today was a downright major let down! Oh well, lets see what next week brings....oh wait! I won't be able to watch football next week, I will be busy on a plane heading to the city that never sleeps, SIN CITY, the grand Las Vegas!!! WOOHOO!!!! I'll miss my football but think I will get over it LOL
-
Darn, I missed most of football yesterday cause I was working! When I got home I did see the end of the Dallas game - what a shocker!
LuAnn - goodness Las Vegas is coming so fast. I would miss football for that also, but then I would probably be in the big sports center making bets and watching it on TV lol.
Lynn: I like all kinds of football. Our nerdy Northwestern boys are doing pretty good this year!
I was able to watch the Bears game as it was on last night. What a nail biter. Was ready to take a xanax right before I realized we had won! Happy days! Of course it kept me up way too late and now Im tired. One more work day for me and Im off thank goodness. Working week-ends is for the birds.

How about those JETS and Favre......six touchdown passes!!!!
-
Bet the cardinals will take their butts home next time they have two games a week apart on the east coast, lol...
Traci - sorry about the 'Boys! (it was a great game, though!)...
-
My heart can not take too many Sunday's like yesterday!
Go Redskins (sorry Traci...it's been a long time a comming) everyone is so excited about the win yesterday...I'll bet we were as surprised to win as Dallas was to lose!
Nicki ~ I hope you got to see that game! I was sooooo mad at my boys! I can't believe the Eagles choked at the end!!
-
Well, yesterday sucked for me.
That's what I get for bragging.
-
Bonnie: Ha ha I had a bottle of xanax in my hands. I was so nervous! I did get to see a good part of that game.
Traci: It was definitely a hard loss. I blame it on T.O.
Cant wait til the game.
GO RAVENS.

GO BILLS!!!!!
-
Can't believe the Chargers pulled it out over the Raiders..
what a comeback
-
GO SKINS!!!!!!
Get well soon, Jason (my personal Boy Toy!)
-
What a game last night. I fell asleep thinking the Ravens won - only to wake up this morning to hear the Steelers grabbed it back in overtime. We have had some good football games lately.

I was bummed over that game! I should have kept the sound on and kept watching! I was watching the Steeelers take a butt whooping when I turned down the sound to lay down, check emails and the boards before I went to sleep. When I looked up the steelers had tied it and were going into overtime. I so wanted the steelers to lose! It is a personal thing between me and my brothers and I love it when their team loses because they pick on my so badly. Oh well, it was a good game though.
-
I'm a New England Patriots fan !!! Love watching football but really miss watching "TOM"!!
-
LuAnn: I have my own personal reasons for hating the Steelers also lol.
Nicki
-
Oh surely I am not your own personal reason for hating the Steelers,,lol. Gooooo Steelers.
Here's my man
And I can't leave here without a big ........................................
-
That's a cool pic!!!
uh oh...another Redskin in the house....
-
Goodness Amy. If we are gonna start talking about football hunks then heres my 2 cents.
Now Tom Brady can come play football with me anytime. Shame he got hurt as I think he is yummers.
The Bears dont have a hunk. But I would say this is the darlin of my heart.
Last but not least. How could we leave out the Dallas Cheerleaders?
Man, I love football.

Oh boy, another Sunday with some great football. Bears are playing Detroit, so far they are winning but I wont stop being anxious until the game is over. Why or why do I let these games get to me!
LuAnn I know your in Vegas having a blast but I heard that the Bengals pickd up Benson, our former running back. Hope your having fun.
SoCal Im not getting the game so Im hoping the Chargers are beating Miami.
Traci - Cowboys against the Bengals!
I have to tell ya, I think the Giants are looking pretty good again this year.
Anyways - back to the game. Enjoy your Sunday and may your teams win!
Nicki
-
Big Blue looked awesome again today! Loving the Giants for sure. The Jets had a bye this week...
Miami looks like a team possessed so far! Figures - they have the Jets old QB, Chad Pennington. Sorry, SoCalLisa!
I was really pulling for the Bengals, but the 'Boys got by them. Good game, though...
Who's on tap tomorrow night again?
-
THAT'S TOM BRADY?????????????????????????? Good grief......all of the sudden, I'm a Patriots fan!!!!!!!!!!
Felicia......now why would you cheer for the Bengals?????? ;-) I can't remember Jack (((((Patrice)))) so, I do not know who is playing tomorrow.
Y'all know I just moved from Tampa.....my bro's are p*ssed tonight....the Bucs and the Rays....Losers.
And yea.....the Giants look good. Real, real good.
-
Nicki!! How can you say the Bears don't have a hunk??? What about Brian Urlacher? He's YUMMY.
Go SKINS! (said with sadness as they beat by Eagles)
Traci...too funny!
-
Traci, ya know I love ya, but your 'Boys of Dallas and Big Blue are in the same conference, same division. Every loss for Dallas will mean I have less of a chance of cardiac failure when they play each other, lol, so I tend to route for whomever they are playing - that and the fact that I am also a Eagles fan and really cannot stand Terrell Owens at all). Plus, all my male relatives are Cowboys fans (save for one who is a Redskins fan - and they are also looking pretty good!). They have picked on me for years, so I try to wear my "How to Wreck a Perfect Season" (re: the Giants beating the Pats in the Super Bowl) shirt around them as often as possible, tee-hee!
-
Man! So many good games yesterday! How many came down to the final play? Let's hope the Giants aren't one of the casualties tonight, lol...
-
I was at the JETS game yesterday. Favre looked a little sloppy but a win is a win. GO JETS!!!!
-
I was celebrating the Bears win when the Falcons got their field goal. How could we blow it with 11 seconds left? A heart breaker for sure. It was a good football day though!
Nicki
-
Giants game on in 10!My 15 year old son is so nervous (they are currently 4 and 0) he had to take a shower!Giants vs ClevelandGiants arch rival are of course the Cowboys who are currently 4 and 2.
-
what a bummer of a football day for the Redskins...and the Bears!! ~ as Traci would say ~ GAWD!!!
GO EAGLES !!!!!!!!Anyone know the deal behind the JETS new uniforms? Hate it...they belong in kelly green!
