Pressure on nerves causing so much pain

My mom, age 77, is Stage IV, recurrence after a mastectomy in 2004, and has been suffering terrible pain in her arm. She is on lots of oxycontin etc, and still pain at 4-7. Cancer is spreading despite chemo. I want this pain knocked down!! Yesterday!! Any ideas or suggestions?

Daisydaughter,

I have had nerve-generated pain caused by mets in my spine. I found great relief with LYRICA. Maybe that is something she could try?

I hope you are able to find something soon.
