I have taken that test before and after BC.
Man I went straight down hill. It was so depressing.

oups... sorry... may I ask why ?

I've looked at the realage site in the past and mostly thought at the end, whatever the age you end up with, all they want to do is sell you something.
I do believe from the questions they ask you can get some tips on what you need to work on to live healthier.

i took the test a few years ago...it made me feel younger than i felt...that's sad still, though, because i was 30, felt 45, but it pegged me at 38...now, after bc diagnosis, i realize the power of the words we speak...instead thinking and saying "i feel like an old lady", i think that i'm wiser and mature beyond my years, still have the spirit of a little girl with big dreams, and my body is slowing down only because of the wretched ruthlessness of the disease...it's a very interesting test to take if you have the time for what seems like 100 questions...and it doesn't involve needles...lol

Well I am disapointed that they try to sell you something. Although I went through a lot of pages and did not see anything like that (I was pretty suspicious at the beginning). I read a lot of things on internet (especially research) and this site is wrapping up pretty well all the infos.

I've taken the test. I'm trying to improve all aspects of my health by eating right, exercising, flossing my teeth etc. The results of the test put me 6 years older than my actual age primarily because of my diagnosis of breast cancer and the fact that my mother had ovarian cancer. I still get their emails because they do have good nutrition hints and good recipes. I ignore their determination of my "real age" because they don't know all of the things that I have done (prophylactic contralateral mastectomy, years of birth control pills and hysterectomy) and continue to do to prevent the breast cancer from recurring and prevent ever getting ovarian cancer. I may try taking it again and answering "no" to the questions about breast and ovarian cancer and then see what age they determine is my "real age".

Took the real age test a while back and wished I hadn't! I was 55 and my real age scored at 73!!! Can anyone top that? The funny thing is I feel great and don't look sick. I thought about retaking it minus the illnesses but decided just to never visit that site again!! Beware, they do hound you with emails and US mail. I had to finally go back and unsubscribe to both.

Before breast cancer I had a real age score of 39 (I'm 48). I took it again after breast cancer and my score is now 54. Kinda sucks.
