As I watch TV and listen to the reading of names I think of all my friends on this board- around the world.  I had to reach out

We all know people taken from us too early.

I thank God we are all here today and pray for all survivors, families of those lost to BC and to those lost in the terrorist attacks.

On such a sad day-We must learn to celebrate life-it is too precious.

    and to all in the pentagon, my son was just a few blocks from the pentagon when this happened, it was a horrible day for all

    Also a tribute to those super brave heros that crashed that plane in the field.

    Hi Ladies...Well....Today...September 11th, is my 65th birthday.....Pretty freaky... I always approach this day with a mixture of saddness and happiness...The first couple of years were especially hard. 

    The thing is, I usually feel guilty, because I know that even though it IS my birthday, a lot of innocent people died on this day seven years ago, and that will always be a terrible memory.  

    It's hard for me to watch all the specials and the filmed "re-run" of that day....To be honest, I don't watch them much.....Too upsetting...

    I pray that all of the families of the ones who died on 9-11 are OK, and that they have begun the healing process.  I can't even imagine what they have been through.
