    i am supposed to be at work but i took the day off to go with my preganant daughter for her anatomy ultrasound--and i'm happy to report that i am going to have a grandson!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i am so excited.

    Not exactly, we went to pass out flyers for our free soup and sandwich for wed night and it poured down rain so had to cancel.  Got back home and found out my fav. aunt had a stroke and is in the hosp. so that is where i will be in the morning.

    The next person makes time for exercise 4 times a week at least

    I hate having my blood drawn cause they always have a hard time hitting the little veins

    Thank you for the prayers for my aunt she needs them.  She is being tranferred to rehab center for the next week to try to learn to talk and eat again, she can't swallow or talk but she can still use her arms and walk with help.

    Hope the recipe works for you!!  I am also sorry about your Aunt, and I hope her recovery goes well.  I know that recovering from a stroke is a long, difficult process, and some people never fully recover.  So sorry to hear about your aunt!

    Yes, I haved mild LE in my left hand, after a chemo nurse gave me a neulasta shot in my LE arm...

    The next person is having sunshine today.  We are, but it may rain later in the week, even though Fay isn't going up the coast to NC, I am still hopeful that we will get some rain, since we need it.

    I have several online friends that make me happy, Harley, missS, foots, candie, luv, TC,etc lots of online friend I love and care about. I could go on and on

    Thanks Harley, am also hoping sis's recovery goes well.  she is a fighter and i think and pray that she will get better.

    True - Have volunteered for some organization all of my adult life.  This year I am serving as an officer on the County Council PTA board.
